Di solito si ritorna dove ci si trova bene.
Questo hotel lo frequento da diversi anni, ho sempre prenotato una camera De luxe perche' e' molto spaziosa. L'albergo e' tranquillo ed a pochissimi passi dal Night bazar. Il personale e' molto cordiale.

Love it! Suitable for all types of travellers.
Fantastic location near attractions and night markets.Superb front counter and all round service. Very decent breakfast buffet with live stations. Gym is provided by the opposite parent hotel, movenpick hotel. Spacious room with in room safe. Clean and large bed. Shower seems to be too hot or too cold. Would need hangers in the room. No laundry price list in the room.

ナイトマーケットが近くて、宿泊期間中毎日利用しました。部屋は綺麗で広くて快適に過ごすことが出来ました。朝のスタッフはとても親切で､私がタクシーが呼ばなかったと言ったら、呼んでくれました。 一点気になったのが､夜のスタッフの方は無愛想で､感じはあまり良くなかったです。 到着した後､別のスタッフの方が部屋まで荷物を運んでくれて､その際レストランを場所を聞いたら､丁寧に教えてくれました。

ナイトバザールの近くで便利です。 ただ一本外れた道で少し暗いのでちょっと女性は心配かも。 部屋の広さも十分です。 とにかくナイトバザールには何でもあるので、遅くなってからでも充分に楽しめます。

Nothing big on unique. Just needs some updates on carpeting and bathroom toiletries were not supplied. Only a pack of cotton seabs and small pink shampoo. Just a place for a short night stay.

繁華街から近くも静かなホテル
チェンマイのチャルンクラン地区は今回で4回目。繁華街に近いが、今回、このホテルに滞在したのは初めて。ホテルのグレードはこのホテルでは一番良いランクを予約。ホテルの価格からすると相当、老朽化が進んでいるものと思っていたがそれほどでもない。部分的には老朽化は否めない箇所もあるが、滞在できないような悪い点は全くないのかぜ相対的な評価。まず、部屋の広さは49㎡と広い。ソファもありとても良い。照明の調度具合も問題なし。洗面台周りは、カランの蛇口は完全に閉まらずチョロチョロ水が漏れるいるがこんなのはどこにでもあるレベル。5つ星のホテルでも良くある事なので気にしない。トイレはビデが備わっていてこれも問題なし。上手く使えるかはエンドユーザーの問題次第。シャワー室がガラスの扉でトイレと仕切られているが、扉の間仕切りが、特に下の部分に隙間があり、そこから、シャワーでの水が跳ねてトイレの方に流れて行くが、トイレの床部分がコンクリの水切り仕様になっているので濡れても問題ない。シャワーの水温は、温水の方の赤いノブだけで良い。水の方のブルーのほうを一緒にと混合栓のように使おうとすると水温が定まらないので、赤い温水のほうだけで水量を調節すると良いかと。そういう意味では、水温が上手く調節できていないのだが、こんな事もタイを旅行した人なら問題はないハズ。水量は良いと思う。アメニティの補充はハブラシと石鹸は初日と次の日に用意されたのみ。シャンプーとリンス、バスタオルとフェースタオル、ハンドタオルは毎日交換、補充された。部屋の掃除も毎日してもらえたので全く問題ない。唯一、シーツの交換と枕カバーの交換は6泊した内、1回のみ交換。マイナス点はこれくらいかな。テレビはNHKの普段の映像が見られたのは特筆すべきもの。チェンマイでは、NHKワールドは見れるホテルが限られるが、通常の放送が見られるのはとても良い。クリスマスの飾りつけもホテル入口とフロント横にあって、良い雰囲気であった。 エレベータは古いがちゃんとメンテナンスされている。 レストランは朝食付きだが、基本的にタイ料理と中華がメインで各2品ずつ毎日出ていて、一応、ローテーションはされている。ライブキッチンは卵料理とクッティヤオ(麺類)の2種類だけだが、センミー、センレック、バミーナームと食べられるのも良い。あと、フロントの係の人は愛想はないが、女性陣はどの係の人もニコニコ挨拶をしてくれる。でもテキパキしているのでスムーズである。プールは無いが、チェンマイは一日の寒暖の差が激しいので、多分、プールに入れるのは、4月、5月くらいしか入れないのでは、と思う。ホテルの周辺は50mほど行ったところにセブンイレブンが1件、また、その周りにマッサージ屋とレストランなどがあるので、ちょっと遠いと感じるかも、でも不自由はなかった。夜になると屋台があちこちに出てくるので、問題ない。 年末の値段からすると、こんなお財布に良いホテルがあったのかと感心した。とても素晴らしい良いホテルである。 唯一、中国人のシェア率が高く、レストランではマナー違反が多発。でかい声でギャーギャー騒いだりしていて、この点だけはあの人種とは馴染めないことかな。

Urban oasis in a pleasant city.
The location is near to local and reasonably upscale social and eating locations. The airport is nearby, but your rest will not be disturbed by airport traffic or the sound of jets. The staff kind and the breakfast is delicious. I recommend adding it to your room charge before your stay as I did for convenience and absolute freshness. Thank you, Star Hotel.

Not up to expectation.
The hotel room is very old and need renovation. The hand towel are worn out and have already server its use a long time. They need to be changed a long time ago. It's yellowish and unpleasant. The bath towels are due to change out too. There is no hair dryer and no slippers. Front desk staff unable to communicate in English. Provided breakfast not really good as was stated in some reviews. TV channels very limited.

お風呂の給水はスムーズで、それ程時間が掛からなかった。 フロントに帰りの空港までのホテルの車をお願いしたら一人でも１５０バーツで乗せて行ってくれた。車もきれいでタクシーよりも断然良かった。但し、スーツケースの積み込みと積み下ろしをお願いしので別れるときに２０バーツのチップを渡しました。現在、８階がリノベーション工事中であったが日中のみの工事で騒音は気にならなかった。
