“No amenities, WAY too expensive, room tiny ”

“I arrived late at night and the check-in was confusing… I had to come back downstairs to fix some things… The charging portals by the bed didn’t work. It’s certainly an acceptable hotel but I remember when the Sheraton brand was better.”

“Don’t have a bad thing to say about this place. Staff was super polite and helpful, the amenities were great with coffee and tea available all night, the outside lounge area was quite beautiful, and the location can’t be beat.”

“My hotel stay was amazing. The only complaint I have is the confusion I encountered regarding the breakfast. I paid for breakfast in addition to the price for the room and no one could tell me where it pertained to or the budget I had. ”

“Bar and Restaurant hours are very restrictive. Breakfast is very poorly planned and executed. Shower in room is very slippery. Room is very nice and comfortable. Staff is excellent.”

“Excellent location - very nice staff - fantastic bar. The ONLY downside is their weird bathroom set up. Why have a window in the shower that looks out to the bed? More importantly, WHY is there an automatic light in the bathroom? So when a person gets up at 2am to use the restroom, the light automatically comes on, and then the partner that is in the bed gets woken up by the light. This makes no sense. Other than this annoyance, everything else was great.”

“Great breakfast and kind staff. Bed was not to my comfort level but everyone has their preferences for mattresses. Overall great night stay at a beautiful hotel. Shout out to the kind breakfast attendants too. :) ”

“Un hotel bellissimo molto accogliente. Le stanze non sono enormi ma in 4 ci si sta comodi. Letti piccolini. L'air hockey fra la reception e il ristorante è stata una piacevolissima e divertentissima scoperta. Vale la pena!”
