✔️ This property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 5 guests.
✔️ While this unit have central heating, it does not have central air conditioning. Window AC is installed in the dining room and tower fans in the bedroom. Be on the look-out cause we're adding AC units in our bedrooms soon!
✔️ The washer and dryer are coin-operated located inside the building, and guests will need to bring their own quarters. Laundry detergent is provided in the unit for your convenience.
✔️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. Please note, there is a fee for early check-in and late check-out.
✔️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.
✔️ For guests’ convenience, those with early arrivals or late departures can drop off their luggage with host approval before standard check-in time.
