The Space:

Each bedroom features a comfy queen bed, and there’s a cozy living area with a sofa, TV, and dining table for shared meals or relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, and in-unit laundry adds extra convenience.



We’ve got you covered with a desk and Wi-Fi if you need to work during your stay. The location is great, with everything you might need close by.

Please note, the unit is on the 2nd floor and is stair-access only.

The neighborhood is very walkable, with restaurants, cafés, parks, and shops within easy reach. Street parking may be available, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily accessible.

To help keep things safe and smooth, we may require a quick screening and a government-issued ID.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. We welcome dogs and cats only for $100 per pet. Pets must not be left unattended unless they are crated, must follow quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or additional cleaning required due to excessive hair or odors.



Damage Waiver

For a little extra peace of mind during your stay, you may choose a non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver instead of a traditional refundable security deposit.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for minor accidental damage, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Please keep in mind that it does not cover intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, house-rule violations, pet-related damage, negligence, or misuse.

After booking, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details and select your preferred damage protection option.

If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will remain responsible for any damages beyond the amount covered or held.
