main level:open floor plan with eat-in kitchen( fully loaded with most popular cooking items plus complimentary coffee ) , 2 full bathrooms (one in the master) 3 bedrooms with queen size beds…living room, dining room access to the backyard.

basement: fourth bedroom with king size bed. folding futon, refrigerator, wet-bar ,exercise room, third bathroom, tv ,bluetooth music tube and pool table Basement has access to the backyard .
washer and dryer .

the yard: firepit, basketball hoop, hammock,two tier deck with a gas 3 burner gas grill. (we supply gas).
Jacuzzi hot-tub over the patio

(outside garage and two closets inside are locked and NOT permitted.)

Omar communicates clearly, is helpful, and responds to any questions quickly. The house is perfect for families with teens, and/or with very responsible middle schoolers. Access to highways is simple, and has a proximity to some of the best the western suburbs has to offer: Cantigny Lights, Morton Arboretum, antiquing in Geneva, Fabyan estate, and the Fox River. Also an easy distance from Chicago, Milwaukee, Indiana, and Michigan.I would stay again!

What a great home with wonderful amenities! Plenty of room for 5 of us to enjoy our extended trip in comfort. Perfect space to entertain extra guests for a potluck lunch. Weather prevented us from enjoying the yard and hot tub, but it looked like an oasis. Every room well stocked and even light switches labeled for easy use. Security features made us feel at ease. Neighborhood felt very safe. Great communication from Omar, thank you! No hidden fees and we simply locked the door as we left. When we find ourselves heading back again to visit family, this will be our first destination to book.

We loved this property and the neighborhood so much! In fact, our teenager thought we should just move in and stay. The house was large, beautiful, and clean, and the kitchen was well supplied. Comfortable beds and fluffy towels too! One of our favorite VRBOs ever. We loved having so much room with multiple TVs able to connect to our Netflix accounts. My husband was thrilled with the hot tub, and we enjoyed watching birds and squirrels at the bird feeder from the lovely deck and kitchen window. Easy to get to the Metra UP-W line too for travel into and out of Chicago (which we did a couple times). We wanted to explore some of the areas surrounding the city too (mainly Long Grove and the Sock Monkey Museum, ha ha!), so this location was really perfect. Omar the owner was quick to respond to our queries through VRBO. Not sure when we'll be in the area again, but I wouldn't hesitate to reserve Omar's property again. Wonderful experience!

We had a very comfortable 4-night stay. The house was clean and well-appointed with lots of hang out space. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe and was conveniently located to lots of shopping and restaurants. We were visiting our daughter at Wheaton College which was only 10 minutes away and would definitely stay here again.

Omar was a great host! Flexible for check in and check out and he was very responsive. The house was great for a larger group of people. Plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen! Loved the coffee make with the automatic grinder! We would stay here again.

Lovely Home

The house was perfect. Stayed for one month as a family of three with one dog. The host was easy to communicate with and clearly loved the home. The house had everything you might need in terms of kitchenware, bedding, and space. The location was convenient with plenty of food, grocery store, and activities nearby - definitely need a car though.

Wonderful Gathering of Friends

This is a wonderfully maintained home with beautiful outdoor space. We made the arrangements for two out of state guests to stay overnight for several days so that we and a few local friends could visit with them. They were very happy with the home and it was a pleasure to come there.

Great house for 6 friends

We needed a place to stay since we were coming from different locations and this house was great. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Hot tub was great! House was clean and fun in a nice quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful and fun house

This stay renewed my faith in VRBOs. The home and property were even better than expected. The host has provided so many fun on-site activities with board games, yard games, xbox, pool table, hot tub, swimming, basketball...you could have a great time without ever leaving the propergy! 100% will stay here again!

Awesome place!

This place was fabulous! The beds & couches were so comfy and it was so clean. This place offers a variety of things to do if you aren’t venturing out. Exercise room, games, pool table, tvs in every room, and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay - thank you for sharing your house with us!

Great Family Home in a Great Location

Our family enjoyed this spacious home, great living space upstairs, the kids loved the downstairs which kept them entertained with Xbox/board games, while we cooked dinner in the well stocked kitchen and the well maintained BBQ grill. Great safe location near the city. We will be back when we come visit Chicago.
