Please note: unit is on the second floor of a four level flat. There is no elevator.
There is only paid street parking at the moment
Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo. The building features secure entry.

Please be advised there are security cameras at every entry point to the property that are monitored 24/7. There are noise alert systems in the property that alert us immediately if noise goes above preset decibel levels. In the event the noise alert is activated and/or if unapproved visitors access the property the authorities will be contacted immediately.
Parties, gatherings and unapproved guests are strictly prohibited.
Smoking and vaping of ANY substance is prohibited.
Do not leave food or debris that can attract pests.
When checking out do not leave windows open and doors unlocked.
Please do not cook anything that leaves a lingering odor.
Please take off shoes after entering the unit.
Do not adhere or tape ANYTHING to walls and surfaces.
Do not use white towels, sheets, washcloths to remove make up ($10 fee per towel will be charged).
Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Loud music, voices, vibrations or any audible disturbance loud enough to disturb neighbors is prohibited.
Neighbor relations are critical for the health of our listing. We expect neighbors and other guests to be treated with respect and dignity.
Please report anything that is not working or broken.
No parties. No exceptions.
Please remove shoes before entering the apartment
