This is not a typical luxury rental. This is a private Gold Coast estate reserved for guests seeking absolute privacy, scale, and discretion. Set within a historic mansion and professionally hosted at a concierge level, the home offers a rare opportunity to stay in one of Chicago’s most exclusive residential properties. Designed for high-profile travelers, private gatherings, and extended luxury stays, this residence is intentionally limited to a select clientele.


First floor has a spacious and open living, family, dining rooms, fully equipped kitchen and powder room. Surround sound SONOS music system throughout the entire first floor.
Second floor has two master bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Third floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Living room and access to 1200 SF rooftop terrace.
One car garage as well as street parking with parking permits that will be provided upon request.
Washer & Dryer.

Housekeeping is available upon request, daily, weekly ( 24 hr notice).

Guests use entire home to themselves. No restrictions. Must request garage opener if plan to park in the house garage. Valet and public transportation is available next door.

One block away from the Beach, bars & restaurants. Walking distance to all the best shopping on Oak Street & Michigan Avenue. Dine out for breakfast or dinner without having to take Uber or any transportation. THE BEST location in the entire city everything at your fingertips.

The home is stocked with towels, toiletry and slippers for a luxury hotel-like experience.

Catering chef is available upon request to prepare meals for you and your guests at the privacy of the home. Inquire about beautiful brunches/lunches or dinners or any special requests or add ons.

The Chicago Theatre was built in 1921 and was originally named the Balaban and Katz Chicago Theatre. This building has become the unofficial landmark for Chicago representing the rich arts and music culture Chicago is known for. In 1979 the building was added to the list of historic buildings, and later in 1983 was added as an official landmark for the City of Chicago.

Beautiful Gold Coast home and perfect for our multigenerational stay with parents and six young adult children. Every bedroom felt like a luxury hotel with premium bedding, robes, and slippers. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with fine dining plates, chargers, and cloth napkins, and the Christmas décor made the home especially warm and inviting. Plenty of space to relax, play games, and spend time together. Gorgeous bathrooms with fun Toto toilets (the warm seats were a hit!). The host was extremely responsive and helpful with private chef planning and local recommendations. We would absolutely stay again.

Tonya was incredibly helpful and the house was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. We pampered ourselves with a private chef and massages, but otherwise stayed in our matching PJs watching movies by the beautiful tree that was all set up. Wonderful house!

Besides the house being amazing and stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need, the host Tonya was a delight to work with.She promptly answered every question I sent over. We stayed at this home over our daughter's wedding weekend and there was plenty of space for 4 hair and makeup stations. Would I stay here again-- hell yes!!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

We celebrated Christmas in this stunning home with our adult children and spouses. We had 10 adults and this house was perfect! So big and comfortable and we used every inch. The bedrooms are all large and comfortable with bathrooms which gave everyone privacy and very convenient when we were all getting ready at the same time. The house was well stocked with everything you could imagine. Check in was a breeze and the manager was just a text away if we had any questions. Our best Christmas ever. Almost forgot about the location. So many restaurants and bars in just at the corner! everything you could ask for and more

We recently stayed in this home with extended family during our son's graduation weekend. The home is even more beautiful in person, and it's ideally located for a visit to Chicago. It's well-stocked for visitors, and the management team is extremely responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic experience - would highly recommend!

A Perfect Holiday Stay!

My family stayed at this well appointed home over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Apart from being beautiful, the home was supplied with everything one might need when traveling, even including toothbrushes and toothpaste. The kitchen was equipped with every modern convenience imaginable. All of the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The host has thought of everything. This home is in a great location, close to shops and a variety of dining options. In addition, many popular attractions are a short distance away. One of my daughters has already asked if we could return. Tonya was very attentive and welcoming. I Highly Recommend!

3 day weekend.

Best vrbo experience ever ! Property, location, and service unreal. Very good value for the money especially with a group of 5 couples. Home was wonderful-would pay double to rent this property for 5 couples versus renting 5 hotel rooms in the Gold coast. You will not be disappointed. Property owner and manager tag team the effort to make you comfortable and well communicated ! You can book with confidence this is a great choice.

Amazing home in Ideal location

We hosted a group of ten women to celebrate a milestone birthday. The home is gorgeous, has plenty of space (plenty of bathrooms for ten women getting ready) and is in a walkable location to restaurants, bars etc. Tonya was wonderful to work with and also very patient (and made many recommendations for catering, home details for decorating etc). EVERYONE was happy and loved the home! No one wanted to leave. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay in Chicago. The home is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Feels like you just stepped into a restoration hardware catalog. There is a gated front courtyard with patio furniture to sit outside and relax. The neighborhood is very clean and safe. Beautiful tulips and flowers line the street. Your located right around the corner from some of Chicago’s best restaurants. We ordered food for carry out and enjoyed it in the privacy of the beautiful dining room. Tonya was very responsive and accommodating. This just might be our new go to spot while visiting Chicago.
