The entire place reeked of chlorine, the bed sheets smelled like Indian food, and there was nobody to greet me at the front desk when I arrived.

Always my number one spot in Gurnee, but the breakfast was the worst I’ve ever seen it in all my stay over the past 2-3 years. Either get rid of free breakfast or do better it was embarrassing both mornings

Well, not a whole lot to like. Had to change rooms because it smelled like an ashtray. Piece of the microwave was missing. Definitely needs updated. Stained towels and matress cover. Breakfast was so so. They never replenished items such as yogurt, fruit, bagels. Although the pool was small, it was clean as was the hot tub. Wont be staying there again.

Tye sheets was nasty trash was still on the floor…so me & my family decided not to stay & they only refundee us for one night si they charged me a hundred dollars because their hotel was nasty….they’re all living in this MOTEL including the housekeepers….

I didn’t even check in. I arrived and my family had checked in and was waiting in the lobby area. The bedding in both rooms were filthy. The linen was yellow stained. They offered to change the sheets but we decided to leave. I didn’t trust that they even cleaned anything at this point. The pictures are not what this place looks like.

Very unacceptable
Soon as I came from a long 21 hour trip from Florida I had a hour delay before I can check in and they did not even give me the days that I paid for the reservation. It was so complicated and at the time I had to go meet my daughter who graduated at the Navy Academy in Chicago Great Lakes when I finally came back to the room, the sheets were stained, nasty and filthy. The room was older. It was unacceptable. I took pictures. I notified the desk. They informed me that did not pay for a third room and I owe the balance of $48 which I paid $199 for three days , I called the supervisor at Hotel.com and they advised me of what they can do. They called the hotel management. The hotel management put me into another room and the other room that they put me in the lights did not come on so they had to move me to another room. It was horrible long and TS and my wife stayed in the car because she did not want to sleep in a room. It was very unacceptable and very unpleasant and I’m very reluctant to use Hotel .com even though I have been an outstanding member. And my wife stayed in the car because she did not want to sleep in a filthy room. It was very unacceptable and very unpleasant and I’m very reluctant to use Hotel.com even though I have been a outstanding member for a while now, so I definitely have not been pleased with this trip at all all the way from just everything it’s just been unacceptable .

Where do I begin, front desk staff was extremely loud when I talked in joking around with each other. After a log day at work really didn’t like dealing with that. Sheets were disgusting, and stunk. There was a sticky substance all over the table in my room. One of there side doors didn’t work with the key cards so I got locked out. Won’t be staying here again.

Great stay
When we walked in we were greeted with a smile and very happy front office staff. The hotel is older but nice. The beds were comfy and the space was good. The hot tub was spacious and relaxing. The included breakfast was an added bonus!

The hotel staff was rude, the hotel was dirty. We were there for 5 days and requested room service, didn’t get until the fourth day, and it was done, it was half ass done, bad attitude.

Staff was great and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty. Plenty of parking. Clean overall. Just noticed stains on one of the bed covers. Was the bed I didn't sleep in. I had to pay extra to get a room away from the elevator. Whoever thought that was a good idea.

Check in was quick and easy. Very friendly young man at desk. Room needed some attention. Found empty pop and beer cans thrown in corner. The only ice machine in hotel was not working. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! Had to go to local convenience store. Overall nice room. Sleeper sofa was your typical sleeper sofa.TERRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. Not sure if this would stay here again.

Pictures online looked better. Up close, it's looking run down. Staff never at the desk when you need them, breakfast wasn't good (dried out eggs and sausage, bad fruit), the entire first floor smells from the over use of chemicals in the pool (that was so bad our eyes were burning after 5 minutes of being in the pool area), and the side exit door closest to our room was locked shut - major fire hazard. Wouldn't stay here again.
