This house is amazing, everything is as shown and much more. We had an amazing 3 week holiday stay. The kitchen is well equipped & the rooms are all comfy. Location is 2nd to none, everything you need within just a few minutes, a beautiful neighborhood with very nice homes. We have stayed twice now and plan on returning again in the future.

This home is ideal for a a stay in the north Chicago area, but only 20 minute Uber to loop downtown. It is clean, and well maintained (inside and out). Just wonderful, nice kitchen area and well stocked with cookware and utensils, large living room and dining space. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again.

What a stunner of a house! I’m a big fan of MCM and was thrilled by the renovation that kept so many vintage features. The house was immaculately clean with comfortable beds and loads of extra towels and linens available. Kitchen was amazing and had every utensil you might need to prepare and/or serve a meal. (Unfortunately, we didn’t have the opportunity to use the lovely patio in the back yard.) If I had to mention one drawback, it’s that one has to go down a flight of steps to use the huge walk-in shower and laundry facilities—only an issue if disabled. We were a group of 4: aged 4 to 80, and the house suited all of us. We were pleased to have shopping close by, both groceries and Sanders, a family restaurant. The owner was immediately accessible by text in the event of a problem. I’ve rented vacation homes for 45 years and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our family joins all the previous guests' reviews: it's a 10 out of 10! Beautiful house inside and out, lovely front & back yards, in a quiet, safe neighborhood. House interior is first class, with all the amenities. The modern kitchen would make any chef proud to cook there. The hosts were A, with prompt communication, care, and pleasantness. You can't go wrong with this one!! You will enjoy your stay!

Great Place

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The house was very clean and absolutely amazing and felt just like home. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Very happy with my stay. Will be returning in the future.

Great stay in Skokie

Beautiful home with top-notch creature comforts. Plenty of room for the four of us (we were in town for a college graduation). Luxury kitchen appliances. Extra shower and sink was welcome and made use of. Even a very cool 1-2 person sauna - although didn’t have time to try it out. Spoke with the owner and he was very kind and accommodating. I would stay here again in the future if I were in the area.

Great little get away

My husband and I and our 2 young kids (1 year and 3 year olds) came into town for a weekend to visit friend in the area. The host was very responsive, kind, and easy to work with. The house was wonderful--even better than described! It was cutely decorated, clean, well organized, well stocked, and in a quiet neighborhood. The space was perfect for our family and we will definitely look to stay again when we come back for future visits.

June 14th -17th

Blown away by how beautiful the house was! Didn't give us any hassle when we arrived early because we live in a different time zone and we were an hour ahead. The hosts communication was beyond expectation even went as far as checking on us pretty much each day to make sure everything was good and asked if we needed anything. highly recommend to stay here!

Awesome stay

Very nicely appointed and super clean. Short drive to highway and several very good restaurants, movie theaters and grocery stores. Located only about 20 mins from Chicago, O’Hare and Northern Suburbs. Nice higher end kitchen appliances, washer, dryer, and auto flush toilet. My fourth stay and will be back. Internet works fine, although my computer warns router is out dated with weak security. Construction next door, but was not noisy during my stay.
