Man the lifeboats!
Man the lifeboats! unit needed additional cleaning of stove and around bathroom at time of our arrival. This was accommodated by the host sending the cleaning lady back. A lot of cobwebs and dusty things. Transition strip to bathroom needed to be repaired. Sharp points sticking up. Rug needs to be cleaned or replaced. dishwasher does not seem to get dishes clean. Dishwasher had to be reattached to counter, it was falling out.
The main problem was that during the first few weeks of our stay a common sewage line kept backing up making the toilet unusable. Maintenance department came four or five times often removing the toilet and using large power rodding equipment. Outside contractors had to be called twice. We went one entire evening and the next morning without a toilet! When maintenance arrived, we were told there was an emergency number that the host could have called and they would’ve responded. The call was obviously not made. Situation seems to be resolved since there were no incidents the final few weeks of our stay.
