Clean house

Our family really enjoyed our visit. The house was very clean, plenty of towels. Loved that it had washer/dryer. There were 5 of us and it was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Nice location and comfy house

Had seven family members in town. Plenty of space for everyone to relax and not be on top of each other. Convenient location near airport and expressways. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Just what we needed

This home is located in a nice neighborhood near O'Hare Airport, making it very convenient for all of our needs. The home is just as pictured and the kitchen was well-equipped. The owner was an excellent communicator.

Great place

We had a great time, great location close to the airport and other activities, right by the park is a plus for things to do with the kids. The house was enough room for us all and we didn’t have any issues. Definitely infant friendly with bath, Highchair and play pen that was provided.

Family Reunion

The location was great, neighbors were friendly, easy access for shopping. Sams Club and Target are within minutes from the house. The house was very clean and functional for our purpose. Will recommend to other family members.

excellent!

The house was incredibly spacious and clean. well stocked and had so many things to make our stay even better than any hotel. The snacks and coffee bar was such a nice touch. the owner really made us feel comfortable at home. incredibly quick to respond and answer questions. everything was perfect, i highly reccomend this spot to stay if you want to be in the heart of everything in rosemont!

Everything you need and more!

My friends and I stayed here during a group vacation to Chicago. In short, the house is clean, spacious, and full of amenities. We especially loved the basement level where we could hook up a game console and chill for the night. The AC works well, the washer and dryer are also great, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Overall, it was an awesome place to live in, and when we come back to Chicago, this place will be on the top of our list of places to consider renting.

Cute Split Level House

great place to stay. Very nice neighbor hood. The Fire pit was nice to sit outside and enjoy. For those with mobility issues this may not be a good pick. We thought since it's split level we could manage the stairs but they were tricky even though they are 1/2 a flight they were built back when stairs were steeper. The property owner was very responsive to any issues that may have popped up and quickly fixed them. Overall great stay with plenty of amenities.

We didn't realize

The property had many added things we did not expect but were very nice. Those were coffee pots, spice packets, cereal, a fire pit and showers that were stocked with supplies. The location worked well for our group as we had a couple fly into O'Hare. One thing to mention is that is a little more than a mile from the Metra train station in Des Plaines which can take you downtown for about $6. Finally great communication with the owner! I would stay again!

We Will Be Back!

My husband and I, our oldest daughter and her boyfriend did the drive from Minnesota to Illinois to do our Thanksgiving dinner for our youngest daughter who has relocated. The home has EVERYTHING, and I say home, because literally, pots, pans, coffee, filters, fresh towels, comfy beds, choices of shampoos, silverware, cereal, extra blankets and simply the comforts of really feeling like a home away from home. Not a rental property or hotel. A home. Mohamed kept us in the loop of things and was extremely helpful with everything. We will be back for sure.

Clean but uncared for

Property was clean, fresh linens, good amenities. Big TV, fully stocked kitchen, key ref with coffee. Unfortunately there are multiple things that were broken and/or poorly patched, and it’s pretty clear the owner doesn’t care about this property. Examples: an open outlet, broken tiles covered with tape, shower floor tray unseated to the drain and not sealed which led to water seeping through walls, veneer peeling on doors covered with tape.

Cool Spot

The home was very comfortable and kid friendly. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful park and a lake within walking distance. Mohammed is an awesome host. What I enjpyed most was staying at a home and not having a list of 50 rules to follow. Just treat his home as you would your own. The beds were very comfortable. We had 3 adults and 2 children. The twin beds were perfect for the kids, and the adults had plenty of room to relax. I would definitely stay here again. Also 5 min from O'Hare and I did not hear the planes at all. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We would love to come back and visit

Wedding trip

Property is clean, spacious and has all the essential needs for a family vacation. Just little things that weren’t deal breakers but would suggest to make stay more pleasant. Wood floor is way too squeaky, understandable some noisy but any little movement upstairs by bedrooms you would wake up everyone. Bathroom downstairs started leaking into the laundry room. Temperature in the basement couldn’t be regulated, it was way more cold than upstairs. Plates in the kitchen didn’t look clean, would be nice if there was a dishwasher. Everything was clean but the floor carpets all were stained and need a wash. But like I said none of this got in our way but in order for it to be 100% then all of the above should be taken care of.
