Beautiful property, could've used better communication from the owner

Overall, the stay was perfectly fine. The check-in process was clunky as the instructions that were provided automatically by the owner were not accurate because of damage to the property from a previous tenant.Sadly, we weren't informed and, when attempting to check-in, we were unable to reach the owner, so we went out to dinner while waiting to hear back about how to get into the property.All-in-all, the stay was fine, but I would definitely recommend confirming details in advance and not taking the automated messages at face value if you're going to stay here.

Clean, quiet & fairly comfortable. A few small maintenance issues, but property manager was quick to respond. Reasonably priced; would stay here again.

Two week vacation

The property met our needs we enjoyed our stay. It is not perfect and could do with some minor improvements but nothing significant. The hosts were brilliant to deal with and the location was nice and quiet and close enough to the train to walk to for our trips in to the City. Very happy to recommend to others and would definitely stay here again.

Needs a home feel.

It was over all good, but it lacks the little details that could make you feel more at home. The furniture is not comfortable, the king bed is in a really tight space that is hard to get in and out of. There were no hand towls in the kitchen. The ceiling fans were unfinished and other fans sitting above cabinets to see and the closet doors or not aligned and hard to open. Minor details, Maybe but …….

The property is in a quiet neighbourhood, easy to walk to the train station or to drive downtown as there is a parking spot available. The house was clean and communicating with Ali was super easy.

Cozy stay close to the city

The property was just as presented in the listing. The neighborhood was great, easy walk to public transportation. We did not encounter any issues so we did not need to contact the host. It is an older home but perfect for what we needed for the price. I would stay again.

Great stay in beautiful neighborhood

The place was as described, close walk to train and pretty quick access to downtown Chicago. There was bakery, cafe, Asian and Italian restaurant within walk distance. Also if coming with small children there’s a great playground about 10min walk from house. Neighborhood was beautiful, walkable and safe. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Chicago

Great Stay

Stayed here a couple of nights with my family. It was cozy, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The neighborhood was nice with many shops and restaurants close by. Our host was responsive and made check-in/out a breeze. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Quiet Place

The rental is in a nice and quiet neighborhood with a school right down the street. The place was clean and spacious enough for my family. The host called to make sure that we were settled in and had recommendations for the area if needed. The beds were all comfortable and we had everything needed for our quick stay.
