Gorgeous 7BD Home w/ Garage

This spacious and one-of-a-kind home located in Chicago between Lakeview and Avondale will give your group all it needs! This beautiflully renovated, elegant, and newly furnished home offers multiple areas to gather. The home also comes equipped with 2 fully stocked kitchens, a full bathroom on each level, along with two bedrooms on the second floor, two bedrooms on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms in the basement with 9 total beds (7 queens/2 twins). Downtown and Ohare are both 25 minutes away!

My place is great for multiple families, business travelers, large groups, or couples! This home is situated on a residential street with plenty of free street parking for your convenience. With comfortable and stylish furnishings, I want you to feel this is your HOME away from home. In addition I provide the following amenities to all my guests.

Check-in is effortless and 100% contact-free. Your private access code works on all exterior door keypads, allowing you to arrive and settle in on your own schedule. We’ve designed the process to be completely autonomous, though our team is always just a message away if you need us!

We had a wonderful stay at this 7-bedroom home! The place was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The owner was extremely accommodating and took care of all our requests without any hesitation. The rental price is absolutely worth the stay, and we would definitely choose this place again for our next trip. Highly recommended!

Great property

We had a great time here. The look of the outside does not give the inside any justice. It is very big and spacious. We had a total of 12 people and everyone had their own beds. Everything is about 30 minutes away. Overall our stay was amazing. Only thing that I would suggest is to have a full size mirror in every room instead of just having one mirror.

Misleading Listing, Glorified Bunkhouse

This was the most disappointing VRBO experience that we have had, and we book through the platform 3-5 times per year. The first issue that we had, is that this property was listed on VRBO as having three full bathrooms, and a half bath. That was not true as the property only have the three full bathrooms. This was brought to the attention of the property owner immediately, but all they wanted to do was talk about their reviews elsewhere, rather than address the issue - their accurate and misleading listing. It should be noted that the property was also listed incorrectly there, and that the property owners acted quickly to change both listings after I had filed a complaint. Nevertheless, the property owner refused to engage with us on the issue, so we had to escalate the matter with VRBO. The second problem that we had with this property, is that it was described, as having “ample and free parking” on the side streets near the house. While any parking that you may find on the side streets is indeed free, it is certainly not ample. Be prepared to drive around in search of a parking spot, because you will not be given one of the passes for the parking on the street in front of the home that actually comes with the house. Finally, this house seems to be in an area that is a geographical oddity for the Chicago metropolitan area. It is 30 minutes from everywhere. Best advice as if you want a nice place to stay in Chicago managed with integrity, move on from this property.
