Very clean and quiet. Front desk staff was super friendly. Hotel beds were comfortable. Breakfast options and seating were very appealing and helpful for our stay.

This is a pet (friendly)? Hotel But my husband was attacked by a hotel residence dog The hotel was superb other than that incident the staff was super nice from the front desk to the kitchen staff amazing. But far as the dog incident goes Just because someone says there dog is friendly and trained that maybe when there in their familiar environment with their family but with strangers and many people coming and going can make a pet have anxiety all dogs should be on a leash at the hotel this dog parent could not handle him/her the dog did not listen to any command or the calling of his name the dog was completely unhinged!!

Thank you for the good review and your honest feedback. We are so sorry to hear that you encountered that type of behavior with one of the pets that stayed with us. We do have very strict policies for pets, and one of them is that they do have to be on a leash at all times. We will make sure this does not happen again in the future. We do want to give you our sincere apologies, and we will make sure these policies are being followed. We hope everything is well with your husband. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you. Once again, our apologies to you and your husband. We hope we can see you back with us to show you how great our hotel is.

Liked the indoor pool which made us decide to stay here rather than many other places near where we needed to be. Breakfast buffet was good. Glad to see different egg options each of the three days we were there.

Overall, a pleasant staff and nice stay. Enjoyed the breakfast and fruited water. Beds were comfortable, but suggest different pillows.

We went to the Titanic and Downton Abbey exhibits and the hotel was so close! Staff was great but Tracy at the front desk was especially fantastic.

Liked cleanliness...bed was great ..did not like flowery smell in hotel halls...if room smelled like that would of left...toilet should have been higher in handicap accessibility room...

Nice hotel. Seemed newly remodeled. We had an issue with the cleaning staff trying to come in before check out. However, the hotel manager took it very seriously an immediately reacted to the situation. We will be staying agsin.
