Enjoy our freshly renovated, fully-stocked, detached single-family home! This 3-level home is located in Lakeview/Southport Corridor a few blocks from Wrigley Field!! This spacious home offers all you will need plus more when visiting Chicago. The location and neighborhood are hard to beat when it comes to safety and reputation:

“Southport truly offers everything you could want from city living- proximity to public transportation, an abundance of locally owned boutiques, restaurants, bars and coffee houses, all within walking distance. “Family friendly” is definitely a term that applies to Southport- during the day you’ll find plenty of people walking dogs and pushing strollers. Its prime location and friendly neighborhood feel attract a diverse population: students, young professionals, and families all call Southport home. Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day. Southport corridor section of Lakeview is considered one of Chicago's safest neighborhoods with median sales price around $1.6 million for detached single family homes.

Q: PARKING?
A: Oversized, attached 2-car garage. If needing a 3rd spot, you can park in front of the garage blocking access to both garage spots, so you wont be blocking the alley. Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus!

Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things.

Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in.

Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-Building security prohibits residents of (city of Chicago/suburbs) unless exception due to certain circumstances!! This has nothing to do with national origin, as any nationality is welcome to book!
-Quiet hours: 11pm to 8am
-Unauthorized Late Check Out -Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out
-Smoking in Home - $500.00 minimum charge and eviction from Rental Unit
-Excessive Cleaning - Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed
-Damaged or Missing Items - Varies depending on cost of item
-Unauthorized Pets - $250.00 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred
-Noise Complaints Complaint: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00
-Party in/outside of Home- Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages.
-Forgotten Personal Belongings - $75.00 minimum charge

Great spot with easy access to shops, restaurants, Wrigley, etc. House has tons of space. Minor noise from the train but nothing that will keep you up. Plenty of space to hang out or get some privacy from other guests if you need it. Communication and check inn/out was easy. Beautiful neighborhood.

We gathered for a family reunion and there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy but for us to gather for meals and to visit. The host was quick to respond with a few questions we had one evening regarding the AC. Highly recommended this home.

Great location walking distance to bars, restaurants, stores, coffee, all the things! House looked just like the photos and was tons of space for our group. Having garage parking was super convenient to not have to worry about finding street parking. Check in and out was super easy.

Great house with tons of room and rooms for a large group. We had 4 unrelated adults for a high school reunion, and loved the privacy each one of us had, while also enjoying all of the great common hang out space. The location was perfect, with easy access to local food and drink, as well as the rest of Chicago's best museums and scenes!

This is a nicely furnished property in a convenient location. The property owners are very responsive to questions and concerns. Lovely neighborhood to walk around with nice shopping and eating options.
