Enjoy our freshly, renovated fully-stocked home. This 3-level Wicker Park home offers all you will need plus more when visiting Chicago. The location and neighborhood are hard to beat when it comes to safety and reputation!

Pull in to this spacious garage, and escape into this beautiful, tranquil layout. Welcome yourself to this Boho-styled home featuring:

* King master en-suite with memory-foam mattress on top/2nd floor
* 2nd Bedroom with 2 full-sized beds with memory-foam mattress on top/2nd floor
* 3rd Bedroom with bunk bed which also has 2 full-sized beds with memory-foam mattress on top/2nd floor
* 4th Bedroom is in the basement right next to full bathroom
-4 fully-stocked full bathrooms with towels & body wash, shampoo, conditioner. There are 2 bathrooms on the top/2nd floor, 1 on the main level, and another in the basement.
* Fold-out sofa (full-size) in top/2nd floor living room
* We also supply a couple queen air mattresses in the basement if needed

* A Custom Chef's Kitchen stocked w/ all needed appliances: utensils/pots/pans/dinnerware/glasses
* Dining room table to seat 6, and kitchen bar to seat 3. Basement also has a dining table to seat 4.
* Wet built-in bar w/ mini-fridge in basement
* Basement game room including foosball table, NBA Jam and Mortal Kombat arcade games. A selection of board games are provided for a fun night in.
* Custom built-in cabinetry and shelving throughout

-In/Out Access is hard to beat!
-Smart thermostat! Dual temperature controlled (2 HVAC systems for optimal heating/cooling).
-Sound machines in each bedroom to provide for a restful night's sleep
-Living areas each have large, SMART TV w/ cable provided through YouTube TV. SMART TV on each level!
-Workspace areas throughout
-Patio off the kitchen/dining room
-In-unit washer/dryer, and Hardwood floors through out. Quiet neighborhood. It is a truly unbeatable Wicker Park location.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Very much so. 24 hours a day. Wicker Park is considered one of Chicago's safest neighborhood with many family homes.

Q: PARKING?
A: Our 2-car garage is a huge bonus to this property. Not paying for parking in this area of Chicago is a huge plus!

Q: Do I need to bring towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a hair dryer, or linens? A: Nope! we provide all these things.

Q: When can I check in or check out? A: Check in is 4PM and check out is 10AM. Early check-ins can be difficult if there are guests who check out on the same day of your check-in.

Q: Can I come and go as I please? A: Yes. And we wouldn't trust any listing with which this isn't the case.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests? A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What's my total booking price? A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so we don't actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on!

Access: You have full access to this home through the front entrance or garage! We have a two car garage available for your use. The house is a 7 minute walk to the blue line train stop and walkable to many shops, bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE: We have a strict no house party policy and require that only registered guests are allowed on the property. There are security cameras at each entrance outside and Minut noise sensors to deter parties per City of Chicago regulations. Rest assured there are no audio or video recording devices in the house. Many of our neighbors have young kids so we ask that you maintain outdoor quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. We want you to have fun during your stay, but please abide by City of Chicago regulations and our house rules. Any booking found in violation will be removed without refund.

-Building security prohibits residents of (city of Chicago/suburbs) unless exception due to certain circumstances!! This has nothing to do with national origin, as any nationality is welcome to book!
-Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am
-Unauthorized Late Check Out -Up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out
-Smoking in Home/Common Area (rooftop stairs) - $500.00 minimum charge and eviction from Rental Unit
-Excessive Cleaning - Up to $125.00 per hour of additional cleaning needed
Damaged or Missing Items - Varies depending on cost of item
Unauthorized Pets - $250.00 plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred
Noise Complaints Complaint: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.00
Party in Home- Up to $2,000.00 plus any damages.
Forgotten Personal Belongings - $75.00 minimum charge

You will be sent all relevant check-in steps (simple access guide) along with the house manual which includes our local recommendations. All through Goog. Doc links 2 days before your check in :)

For families traveling with children, we have an assortment of toys, books, and board games for all ages as well as kid-friendly dinnerware. We have a high chair and travel crib with sheet available for your use. Please request/remind us before check in if needing during your stay!

Great location in the Windy City!

Everything was great and so many convenient places that were walkable from the hosts house, like a supermarket, restaurants, etc. everything was clean and exactly like the pictures. Thanks for making our stay in the Windy City Enjoyable!
