Grande 3 bdrm / pranzo nel cuore di Logan Square mins to DOWNTOWN

Bella, tre camere da letto recentemente rinnovate con un bagno nel cuore di Logan Square. Situato sulla linea di autobus Kimball con servizio di lavanderia (vedi descrizione) disponibile. C'è un mini-mart del quartiere a una porta e un noleggio di biciclette Divvy a tre isolati di distanza. Venite a soggiornare nel quartiere più alla moda di Chicago con alcuni dei migliori ristoranti e bar che la città ha da offrire.
L'unità è al secondo piano di una storia a due piani su greystone. Molto soleggiato con grandi finestre. Recentemente ristrutturato 3 camere da letto / 1 bagno. INTERO appartamento (non in condivisione) nel comodo quartiere di Logan Square è a vostra disposizione. Minuti dal centro e molti siti. Un sacco di parcheggio gratuito sulla strada e sulla linea di autobus Kimball. DUE televisori a schermo piatto con cavo Hulu, Netflix e HBOgo e PREMIUM. La seconda tv è nella camera da letto di mezzo. Internet gratuito. Soundbar Samsung con Bluetooth. Cucina ben attrezzata con elettrodomestici full size e caffettiera. Materassi Memory foam di alta qualità in ogni camera da letto. Il divano ha anche un estraibile estraibile e un materasso ad aria può essere fornito su richiesta. Lenzuola e piumini di alta qualità, con alto numero di fili su ogni letto con lussuosi cuscini in memory foam. Avrò due cesti per la biancheria (uno per i vestiti scuri - lavaggio con acqua fredda, l'altro per i vestiti bianchi - lavaggio con acqua calda) e laverò tutti gli oggetti necessari. Non piegherò, ma li restituirò la mattina dopo appena lavato. Il motivo è che la nostra lavanderia si trova in una parte incompiuta dell'edificio e preferirei offrire il servizio per voi piuttosto che avere a che fare con lo spaventoso seminterrato. C'è anche una grande sala da pranzo per riunioni di famiglia. Oltre a tutto ciò, abbiamo telecamere sull'ESTERNO dell'edificio. Detto questo, per favore sii onesto con quanti ospiti resteranno. Se questa unità è prenotata, controlla i miei altri posti!

Great Logan Square apartment

A few coworkers and I, as well as my partner, visited Chicago for an annual wine festival. We loved the cleanliness of this apartment, it was spacious and sunny and just as advertised. Location was fantastic: in Logan Square but not in the heart of all the craziness. We would definitely stay again :)

Magic Con Stay

Host was very communicative, we were going to a convention(bunch of nerds) which meant we got up around 7, returned about midnight. Parking on the street has restrictions during the weekday(host explained them right away). Yep ... Great stay!

Great weekend getaway!

My sister and I flew into town for a weekend getaway to visit friends and Nikkole's place was perfect! Everything we needed and much more was provided, and Nikkole quickly answered any questions we had and worked hard to ensure we had a perfect stay. The space was much larger than anticipated, had a full kitchen, and the neighborhood was much quieter than others we visited. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Great easy Chicago stay

In Logan Square with easy street parking, nice sense of neighborhood, felt very safe, pretty quiet, very walkable area. The spacious 3 bedroom walk up was perfect for a girls weekend with friends. Beds were super comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Groomsmen Stay

I needed a place close to Stan Mansion for my groomsmen and me to stay for the weekend before and after my wedding. This place was perfect. It's older, but it has a lovely charm and had significant remodeling done to make the stay feel modern, but also down-to-earth. TVs with full cable or streaming services are made available, fully stocked kitchen, and nice clean linens and towels ready to use. The host communicates well and gave me all of the little details I needed to know before and after our stay. She also offered her phone number and made it clear she would go out of her way to make anything right, but we never did as the space provided everything we needed. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.

Great city apartment

This is an older city home with updated bathroom and kitchen. The photos represent the property well. Plentiful street parking. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood. The owner was easy to contact and responsive. Would definitely come back!

Cubs Game Stay

A fun and quiet 2nd story apartment south of Logan Square. The apartment had 3 bedrooms, a nice kitchen, 1 bathroom, and was very clean. Our host Nikkole was very helpful and communicated well with us. We had a slight problem with the door lock and she came fixed it while we were out for breakfast and lunch. She was extremely helpful and accommodating. We came into town for a Cubs game and easily found our way around by walking, public transit, and using an Uber. There was plenty of street parking near then house. It was a great place for us and we would come back again!

We had zero issues with our stay, when we ran out of toilet paper the owner was quick to respond. Fully stocked kitchen, clean sheets and towels, cute space. Would definitely book again.

Great stay!!!

This was a perfect location, close to the metro, beautiful space to relax after a long day of play. Property manager was available when we had a simple question and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend this location.

Everything was exactly as pictured at this spacious 3 bedroom apartment in Logan square. The place was super clean and the owner was wonderful to work with. Would most definitely rent again!!

Pokemon Fest weekend

This was my first trip to Chicago and driving downtown was crazy! So many cars & people! We loved the fact that we were able to park almost in front of the building and we didn't have to pay for parking or carry our luggage far. The unit has been updated with a keypad for entry. We felt very safe staying here. You could tell that it has been recently renovated and the beds were comfortable and the towels looked brand new. Thank you for having water and drinks in the frig. We will definitely stay here again next year when we come back for the Pokemon Fest!

Nice Owner But Mixed Feelings On Property

A friend and I stayed two nights in this property. Admittedly, she is more observant than I am and she had heard some horror stories about apartment rentals which maybe made her even more cautious and observant. First, the positives: I messaged back and forth with the owner and she seems nice, friendly and responsive. She seemed to care about the property and our time there. The location was good for our plans the price was good relative to others in the area. The inside of the property looked like it had been recently renovated and it matched the pictures. The furnishings, especially in the bedrooms, were pretty basic, but acceptable. There was a nice flatscreen TV with streaming options. These are the reasons I give 3 stars. For the negative: the facade on the front of the property looked like it was separated from the house and in disrepair. After we walked in the front door, the door leading to the first floor apartment had a broken window that had been "repaired" with cardboard. We didn't get in until around 8:30, and the owner left the key in the lock, not worried because "the apartment was on the second floor and no one would go up there." I was generally okay with this, but my friend was concerned. The key unlocks the deadbolt on the front door, but there were no other locks to secure it or the back door from the inside. (In hotels you often get that bar you can flip across the door to secure it from the inside.) That also made my friend uncomfortable, since we didn't know a previous renter hadn’t made a copy of the key. Nothing terrible, but it would have been nice if we could have secured it aside from the key. My friend noticed a strong smell of "dog", likely from the dog barking downstairs, but she seems to be okay after getting some Fabreeze. Other than that, one electric outlet was missing its faceplate, it looked like the floor had not been swept, and the toilet had not been cleaned. The last comment has nothing to do with the property, but it was located adjacent to a corner store with graffiti-tagged corrugated steel security doors at night. As we pulled into the unfamiliar neighborhood at dusk, it did not give us a welcome feeling, but that may just be typical of Chicago and/or city apartment rentals. In summary, we spent a fair amount for two nights in what was otherwise a fairly spacious apartment, but there were some things that will likely cause me not to use this service again.
