Welcome to our lovely and tidy 2-bedroom apartment—complete with free covered parking! Located just 6.4 miles from Wrigley Field and 8.2 miles from Lincoln Park Zoo. You’ll also be near Loyola University Chicago and the United Center.



The Space:

The space offers two comfortable bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven and microwave, and a washing machine is available for added convenience. Towels and bed linens are provided. Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and free parking for one car. This is a non-smoking accommodation.



Please note: With its location near a main road, the apartment offers easy access to transportation and getting around the city. That said, light sleepers might prefer to bring earplugs, as some traffic noise can be heard from time to time.



Guest Access:

You'll have the apartment to yourself but no unauthorized guests please.



*Optional Damage Waiver*



Accidents can happen. For a one-time, non-refundable fee of $35, you may add a Damage Waiver that covers up to $400 in qualifying accidental damage during your stay, including spills, stains, and broken glassware.



The waiver excludes intentional damage, missing items, pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, and damage resulting from unauthorized parties or events, negligence, misuse, or violations of house rules.

The area is a quiet, convenient neighborhood with plenty to offer. You’ll find great local eats like El Asadero Colombiano and Smakosz, plus everyday essentials at nearby Mariano’s. Parks like Forest Glen Woods and Jefferson Memorial Park are perfect for relaxing or getting outdoors. Everything you need is just a short walk or drive away.



Getting Around:

Central & Giddings bus stop — about a 1-minute walk

Central & Leland bus stop — about a 1-minute walk

Jefferson Park Transit Center — approximately a 12-minute walk

Chicago O’Hare International Airport — 8 miles away, around a 20-minute drive

Chicago Union Station — 10 miles away, roughly a 38-minute drive

To help ensure a smooth and secure check-in, we may kindly ask for a photo of your ID prior to arrival. Your information will be handled with care and used solely for verification purposes.



Pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $75. Dogs and cats only please. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated or confined, must observe quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or extra cleaning required due to hair or odors.



Please note that the Jacuzzi and bathtub cannot be filled with water and are not available for guest use. They are not included in the listing amenities.
