    ▪️ This property comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 13 guests if needed. Please review the bed/room layout in the description above, and manage expectations before booking. Air mattresses and extra beddings should be requested in advance.
    ▪️ We only provide 12 set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth), coffee pods, and other supplies. If you need more, please request in advance. Last minute requests for extra sleeping arrangements, towels, and supplies may take time and occur additional charges.
    ▪️ Regular maintenance services such as pest control may take place during your stay. If you prefer no service during your visit, please let us know in advance.
    ▪️ Free street parking along the property is only available during certain hours. As our valued guests, we provide one (1) parking pass per night, which allows you to park without restrictions during your stay. If you require additional parking passes, these may be available for an extra fee, depending on availability. While free street parking can also be found in the surrounding area, please note that all street parking is on a first-come, first-served basis and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
    ▪️ If you plan to use the monitor, please bring your own laptop and let the host know to ensure complete peripherals (USB-A mouse and keyboard, HDMI cord) are provided for your stay.
    ▪️ We offer add-on services for a fee. Please note that all of these are subject to availability and approval from host. Please inquire prior to booking:

    Building Notes:
    ▪️ Since this unit is located in a building, you may experience occasional noise from neighboring units or the surrounding area. While we do our best to provide a peaceful environment, we encourage guests to consider this before booking.
    ▪️ Unit is located on the 3rd floor of a building (approx 29 steps), and requires stairs to access. Kindly consider if you have mobility concerns.
    ▪️ The laundry room is located in the basement as a shared amenity for all units in the building. You'll need coins to use the washer and dryer ($1.5/wash, $2/dry).

    Heating and Cooling:
    ▪️ The apartment is operated by a building-controlled radiant heating system, which we do not have individual access to adjust. The heating can only be turned fully on or fully off, and temperature settings cannot be customized. For cooling and personalized comfort, each room is equipped with its own individual air-conditioning unit, which guests can control freely.
    ▪️ Window AC units are removed during winter until around May of each year. If you need it during your stay, please request in advance. ACs are not guaranteed unless confirmed

    ⭐ HOUSE RULES ⭐
    ▪️ Unregistered guests (including visiting) are not allowed. Additional fees may apply.
    ▪️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 2. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Host should also be informed if you have a service animal. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet/Service Animal owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
    ▪️ No smoking inside the property.
    ▪️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
    ▪️ Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
    ▪️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances. The other units in the building are occupied by independent tenants who are not affiliated with us and cannot provide access or assistance. We request all our guests to refrain on demanding assistance from other tenants.
    ▪️ Respect the home. Do not damage or take anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place.
    ▪️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues. Guests will be held responsible for any plumbing issues or damages caused by improper use.
    ▪️ Report anything that is not working or broken upon check-in. Any issues that are not reported within 24hrs after check-in time may be considered to have occurred during your stay and could be subject to applicable charges.
    ▪️ Follow the check-in/check-out instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions, including, but not limited to: adhering to check-in/out time, completing check-out tasks, parking, etc.
    ▪️Sign Rental Agreement, submit photo ID, and authorize security deposit is required before check-in. Property access will not be provided until all requirements are completed and verified. Security deposit will automatically be collected if any damages, missing items, and/or house rule violation is reported during post-stay inspection.
    ▪️We reserve the right to charge a fee if ANY of the policies stated above is violated.

This 5-bedroom Chicago apartment was an exceptional find for our group, offering a rare combination of ample space, safety, and convenience. The location is incredibly walkable and just a short distance from the beach, which made for wonderful morning walks and beautiful views. The neighborhood has a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere with a large student population, giving the area a lively yet entirely safe energy. One of the biggest highlights was the excellent, hassle-free parking, which is an absolute game-changer for anyone traveling by car in Chicago. With plenty of room for everyone to stay comfortably without feeling cramped, this spot is highly recommended for anyone looking for a seamless, perfectly located city stay.

Very spacious, with an amazing layout that offers privacy in individual rooms yet also multiple family gathering spaces. Lovely furnishings & everything you need to cook or dine in. I never leave home without my own sheets but i was uncharacteristically comfortable sleeping on their bedding, which were very clean & well maintained. Well appointed with giant TVs set up for streaming in every room! Quick walk to public transit & close to the top of Lakeshore Drive - lots of local options too, and you can see the gorgeous lakefront from the front door. Parking can be a challenge as the evening gets later but we found spaces readily, and were very comfortable in the neighborhood.

I would never recommend this condo. It is literally falling apart. Girls were trapped in the bedroom and had to call for help. No air conditioning, windows were not working properly, water stains on the ceiling and still not 100% sure if a door locked properly...ended up using a cooler and chair to make it difficult to open. It was filthy under things when we were looking for our air pods. The pictures look good on the VRBO sight however that is not what we found when arrived. Lawn out front was also very overgrown. I did take photos and have videos of all the issues.
