We do host weddings at our property that can set up photoshoots if we contract those weddings at a certain business volume and can set up certain areas for photos with a sales/event manager. If the photoshoot is not set up with a room block, we do restrict guests from taking professional photos in the public spaces as it can interfere with the traffic of guests if not blocked off accordingly with a contracted event manager. We do apologize if this information was not communicated to you and we will relay this feedback to our leadership team to ensure we enforce our guidelines in a better manner.
