We had a very comfortable stay here. The hosts are exceptionally communicative and helpful. Loved having a place to park my car, and the hosts set it up so my license plate was recognized at the gate so that parking was free. The unit was very clean and spacious. Note, the kitchen does not have pots or pans to cook, so plan on eating out!

really nice place in a great location. Pretty effortless check in a and check out. It does seem you have to pay for the parking, which would have factored into my decision to choose this spot (38). I thought it was included but as we left, we were forced to pay to leave the parking lot. Also, parking is in a nearby building but really not far at all.

Positives: Location of this unit was spot-on. You can pretty much walk to everything (a ton of restaurants for sure!), or easily take the L. Management was extremely communicative, which was nice. Super easy check-in process. The condo was clean.
Negatives: If you plan on cooking, know that the kitchen is not well-equipped. Unit faces an alley, which means no natural light. Because of its proximity to the alley, the unit was extremely noisy at 5:30AM every morning due to deliveries and trash pickup. Hot & humid weather in Chicago meant we were running A/C and bedrooms were not well-cooled at night, regardless of temperature settings.

Great stay. I'm from the area but had friends visiting from out of town. This was a great location only a quick walk to Michigan Avenue and 15 minutes from the loop. The apartment was spacious, and I appreciated having disney plus/netflix signed into the TV. The check-in and check-out was really easy with an accompanying video and easy lockbox location. Host/company was also very communicative, and let me grab something I forgot in my rental after checking out!Parking space was also clutch, just make sure you tell them you need it ahead of time. Would probably book again for any future visits.
