Please note that our building is adjacent to the "L" train tracks and you will hear some train noise in the apartment. We've installed custom soundproof windows that dampen the noise significantly, though.

LOCATION

Although shops and restaurants are only a short walk away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Because of our central location, we recommend leaving your car at home. Any point of interest in Chicago can easily be reached by walking, public transit, or Uber.

→ The DiverseyBrown/Purple Line 'L' train station is a 5-minute walk away.
→ O'Hare is 60 minutes away via public transit and 30-45 minutes away via Uber.
→ Midway is 60 minutes away via public transit and 35-50minutes away via Uber.

A: Excellent public transit directions from our apartment to any point in the city are available via web search. We're a short walk from the Diversey “L” train station. Search for “Diversey brown line stop Chicago” in Maps, click the “Directions” button, then enter your point of interest.

Q: When is check-in/check-out?
A: Check-in: Your reservation and access to the apartment both begin at 3 p.m. on your check-in date.
Check-out: Your reservation and access to the apartment both end at 11 a.m. on your check-out date.

Q: “Is there parking nearby?”
A: We can provide daily guest parking passes for up to 2 vehicles free of charge during your stay. These passes will allow you to park on our street, which is typically permit-only. Let us know if you'll need passes during your stay and we'll leave them for you on your check-in day.

Perfect

This house was perfect for our girls trip. The space was beautiful and spacious. Gorgeous safe neighborhood and close to public transit. Loved everything about this house, couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay in Chicago.

Great Property for Groups & Families

We enjoyed our stay here very much, the unit is very clean, the design is a great mix of modern with classic Chicago elements, and there is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay. The location is great for getting out to explore, and close enough to public transit that we didn’t need a car for anything. Owners clearly shared all the info we needed, and we appreciated the simple checkout process. Only con I’d mention is, like others have noted, the train noise may take some time to get used to. Overall a great place and would recommend.

Perfect Place for a larger Family (5)

The place was perfect for us. It had parking which was important and was conveniently located near all amenities, transportation, lake etc. the home was remodeled, was large enough so we could spread out. It had 3 showers which was important to us. Simply beautiful.

Beautiful decor and plenty of space

Really beautiful decor and artistic touches. Very cool spaces to hang out for meals and games. Being close to the L was convenient to explore the city but was loud through the night. It is a very nice area.

Lincoln Park

Cute designs and decor. I love the color scheme and updated bathrooms and kitchen. I actually got some ideas for my own home. Like the fact that there were plenty of dishes, thick towels and condiments left (possibly from prior guest). The downside was the nose from the train, uneven floors, as it is an older home, the beds were too firm and they the low ceilings downstairs. With that being said, we did enjoy the place.

Beautiful and Spacious

I was traveling with 6 young adults to visit my daughter, the space allowed the younger folks to hangout and enjoy each others company while I found the space to work and relax. This is a beautiful home and hope it is available the next time I travel to visit my daughter.
