Motel a Chicago

“There was AC which was nice and so needed but our unit was non-stop leaking when it was on so the carpet around it was soaked. The shower would plug when it was on and the faucet handles had lime crust and mold around them. Staff was helpful and friendly and the beds were comfy but definitely gave you that roach motel feeling”

“Nothing spectacular everything was very clean always the room staff was nice I didn’t do any laundry or anything I was only there for two days but like I said the room was clean that’s all I care about lungs I don’t see anything running around in there with more legs than I have it’s OK”

“Was a fairly clean property within a short walk or ride to a number of shops and restaurants. I was placed by a room with a loud baby all afternoon and evening. I told the receptionist they should have placed the family away from the main area, further to the back of the property. The whole family was loud and the walls were paper thin. I could here the woman talking or arguing loudly too. I had a long flight, had unpacked and wanted to nap...but it was impossible. The receptionist offered to...

“The room was fine, we did not know there wasn’t an elevator. Nothing said this. They were great about doing their best to accommodate the handicap member or our party though. They need to make it know that it’s not fully accessible. It was dated. It was clean. Very minimal amenities at all. The breakfast wasn’t great. Everything was kind of stale.”
