“Esperienza molto positiva, ho trovato un gruppo di persone molto gentili e aempre tutti sorridenti, mi hanno fatto stare molto bene. Immerso nel verde permette di staccare e rilassarsi. Colazioni ottime e apprezzatissime e se si vuole prenotando si puo anche cenare e cibo favoloso.”

“flight delayed in to Quito, hotel does not answer phone after 11pm. Hotel does is not open can't check in.. If you can find it... we never found it... expedia has not given refund (prepaid). Some Google reviews say this hotel does not exist from 2 years ago.. Book with awareness... if you dare!”

“Excellent, very courteous and helpful staff. The rooms were kept spotless.
I would have a few suggestions concerning improvement of the bathrooms, however. The toilet flushing knob should not be located under a stone shelf. There should be a window to the outside, not to the room itself.
It would also help if the restaurant tab could be part of the checkout.”

“everything at Las Hortensia's was amazing. it's close to the airport, and the grounds are very clean and beautiful. the host is amazing. she scheduled a airport pickup for us, and arranged a taxi for the next day. my daughters loved the dogs on the property, and so did I and my wife.
I highly recommend staying here, it exceeded my expectations.”

“Tutto bene a cominciare dal servizio shuttle dal vicino aereoporto.Sono arrivato alle 2.45 del mattino e mi stavano aspettando. Hotel moderno, funzionale e pulito. Buona la cucina del ristorante ed anche la colazione.”
