For seafood lovers, Crown and Anchor at Dell Quay is the place to go. Situated right on the water’s edge, it offers stunning views of the harbour and fresh, flavourful seafood.

For a quintessentially British experience, indulge in Afternoon Tea at either The Millstream Hotel and Restaurant in Bosham or Joanna’s Boutique Tearoom in Chichester.

London: Trains from London Victoria to Chichester run every 30 minutes and take approximately 1.5 hours.

Chichester is a beautiful city, known for its charming cobbled streets and the magnificent Chichester Cathedral. If you're lucky, you might even spot the Peregrine Falcons that nest there, a rare and exciting sight for nature lovers.

For a peaceful break in between shopping, take a leisurely walk around the Chichester City Walls. You can easily begin the walk from the bottom of East Street or from Market Avenue. It’s a lovely way to explore the city while soaking in its history and beauty.

If you have access to a car, the nearby South Downs offer some stunning walking spots. A few of our favoUrites include Halnaker Windmill, The Trundle near Goodwood Racecourse, and Chalkdock Marsh in Itchenor. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.

We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.

PETS
One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture.
- Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
- Please do not leave them alone in the property.

YOUNG CHILDREN
We have a travel cot available upon request. Please note, that you will need to provide your own cot linen and bedding.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
