Just a 5 minute stroll to Bosham village and 150m from the waterfront, this beautiful home is perfect for families looking to escape to the coast and rejuvenate.



As soon as you arrive, you’ll begin to unwind with cosy furnishing and homely touches throughout. With two luxurious bedrooms, a third children’s bunk room and a good sized garden, it's ideal for families.

Getting Around:

We strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Sussex area. There is driveway parking and additional road parking if needed.



There is a train station in Bosham further up from the village, which connects Portsmouth, Chichester and London.



Other Things to Note:

★ PET POLICY ★



We welcome responsible dog owners. We do ask a few things though:



- Two dogs max with £40 surcharge per dog per stay.

- Dogs must be well/house trained

- Dogs should only be allowed in the communal parts of the house ie not in bedrooms or upstairs

- Please clear up after your dog in the garden and around the property (fines payable if this isn't adhered to)

- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they're allowed into the house

- Please never leave dogs in the property unsupervised



★ PARKING ★



Please note there are only 2 parking spaces for this property. The property is on a private road and no parking is allowed on the road. Do not charge electric cars at the property via three-pin plugs.
