Dots: Seaside 6-Bed Beachfront Home in East Wittering – Sleeps 11, Pet Friendly

  • Dots is a unique East Wittering beach front property, offering sleeping accommodation for 11 guests in 6 bedrooms. Recently completely renovated but without altering the quirky, 1970's design, Dots is a great holiday home for family groups.

    Comprising of: Bedroom 1: Twin beds (ground floor) Bedroom 2: Queen size bed (ground floor) Bedroom 3: King size bed (ground floor) Bedroom 4: King size bed (first floor) Bedroom 5: Twin beds (first floor) Bedroom 6: Single bed (ground floor)The upstairs beach-facing kingsize bedroom offers fabulous views out to sea. With windows a large corner window on two sides of the room, the view is almost panoramic as you lie in bed gazing out to sea. Over the landing is a garden facing twin room and both upstairs rooms share use of the modern shower room in between.

    Downstairs there are four further bedrooms. A kingsize, queen, twin and single room. The queen and twin rooms face the rear garden and the other two rooms have interior windows which look out into the sitting room, but have complete privacy with slatted shutters. All the downstairs room share a modern shower room and additional WC.

    The open plan L-shaped kitchen / dining / living area is light and spacious. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the dining area enjoys sea views from the table and the living area is fitted with an enormous L-Shaped sofa, large enough for all 11 guests to sit on. Sliding doors the full width of the living area lead out onto a small beach-facing lawned garden and the beach beyond.

    The rear garden is simple but spacious and entirely lawned, perfect for games and running around with the children. The rear garden also has the added bonus of a large wooden games room at the end, wth table tennis, drinks fridge, soft seating and separate WC. It is a great second space if separating children from adults or husbands from wives is required. There is parking for 4 cars on the driveway.

    Dots is a fabulous house for some seaside family fun, whatever the season.

Lovely Birthday weekend

Another return visit - this time for a 90th birthday celebration. As usual the house was lovely and clean and great for 6 adults. Lucky to have fantastic weather and managed walks, a swim and lots of sofa time with that fantastic view.

We had a fabulous weekend at dots & can’t wait to return! Our whole group loved the property & beach. The weather was glorious… we were so lucky! Just a side note… a sign with the house name would be really helpful especially for those arriving in the dark

Perfect location

Excellent beachfront location with panoramic views. Well-equipped kitchen with plenty of items for 11 guests. Heating worked well in below-freezing temperatures in December. We would happily return.

A wonderful week

We did have a lovely stay at Dots this year which was also helped by the wonderful weather. We all think it's a lovely house, if a little quirky in its layout. The location could hardly be better, close to both the town and shops and on the seafront. We were very impressed that the outside shower was provided with warm/hot water( as well as cold). What a wonderful idea. It made us more likely to rinse off before entering the house and less likely to tread sand and seawater in so a plus both for us and for the house. We also love the games room where groups can go off from the rest of the contingent and enjoy themselves. The fridge in there is very useful too. We would certainly like to stay again.
