The second bedroom offers a view of the rear garden from its super-king size bed, while the third bedroom versatility lies in its twin beds, convertible to a super-king, including a pull out bed ideal for a child. The fourth bedroom welcomes you with a cozy king size bed.

The family bathroom, adorned with a spacious walk-in shower, provides a touch of luxury for your well-deserved relaxation. With a deep appreciation for nature, we adorned our home using natural materials and reclaimed wood.

Our residence accommodates remote work with a dedicated office space, complete with a Dell 34" Curved USB-C Monitor Screen and lightning-fast broadband Wi-Fi. It's the ideal balance between productivity and seaside serenity.

The utility and laundry room features top-of-the-line washing and drying facilities. With off-street parking for up to 2 cars on the drive and additional street parking, convenience is assured.

Beyond our peaceful retreat lies a world of discovery. Just a brief 5-minute stroll from East Wittering village, with its local charms, and a mere 10 minutes’ walk to the tranquil beach. A scenic 30-minute coastal walk leads to the pristine white sands of West Wittering beach. For those with a need for speed, the renowned Goodwood racecourse is a mere 20 minutes' drive away.
