The Space:

As soon as you enter The Hut, you'll be impressed by its clever lay out and attention to detail. High-quality carpentry and soft decor give a sense of luxury and calm.



The kitchenette is compact but has all the essentials to prepare drinks and basic meals (as well as beach picnics!).

You can expect all the usual bathrooms essentials, complete with a sliding door for privacy.

The large sliding patio door allows plenty of natural light to flood in and leads out to a good sized private patio, complete with garden furniture and parasol. A wonderful extension to the hut for relaxing, reading or eating.



As night falls, a simple flick of a switch turns the dining area into a cosy double room, as the bed lowers gently from the ceiling. Cuddle up with your loved one and watch your favourite show on the Smart TV before sleeping soundly in peaceful countryside.



Guest Access:

You have exclusive use of The Hut and private patio area.



The Neighborhood:

West Wittering village is a quiet, residential seaside village. Although its popular beach attracts many visitors, parking is well managed and the village itself remains peaceful.



The Wittering pub is a short walk from the hut and serves delicious food and drink. With private, heated beach huts in the beer garden, you can enjoy alfresco dining even on chillier nights.



The Landing serves good coffee, yummy pastries and ice cream, and is found just by the beach entrance.



There is also a very well-stocked corner shop and off-licence in the village, just five minutes walk from the annex.



Getting Around:

We recommend having a car to explore the area more easily. But there are easy bus routes into East Wittering, Bracklesham Bay and the city of Chichester. The bus stop is at the end of the road.



Other Things to Note:

The shepherds hut is set on the grounds of a family home. There is another holiday annexe within the grounds. Please respect other guests and the property owners by not blocking the main entrance with your car and keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm.
