Step inside the ground floor and be greeted by a large entrance and hallway leading to a welcoming lounge on the right. The lounge boasts a charming log burner and three plush sofas, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. Feel free to bring your own wood for the log burner, as it is not provided. Additionally, the room is adorned with expansive bookcases filled with captivating reads for you to indulge in during your stay. Large windows with shutters offer privacy while allowing natural light to illuminate the space. This room is ideally situated on the ground level, facing the road at the front of the property. On the ground floor, opposite the living room, is a king-size bedroom featuring a full-length mirror and hanging space. There modern toilet and sink are conveniently located through the downstairs hallway for guests staying in the downstairs bedroom to use.

The heart of this home features a spacious, well-equipped, and modern kitchen. Complete with a double oven, dishwasher, boiler tap, gas hob, and large fridge, this kitchen is designed for both functionality and style. The central island doubles as a convenient breakfast bar with stools, perfect for casual dining or entertaining. Enjoy the natural light and views of the small courtyard through the kitchen windows, adding an extra touch of charm to this culinary space.

Step outside to discover the larger courtyard area, complete with a charcoal BBQ/firepit and a gas BBQ, offering the ideal setting for outdoor gatherings.

Conveniently located downstairs, a utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a large freezer. Access to the walled, secure courtyard is granted through a back door, where a dedicated gardener ensures its pristine upkeep.

Ascend the staircase illuminated by a beautiful globe light casting stunning patterns on the ceiling, and you'll reach the first floor, where you'll find four spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom is generously sized, flooded with natural light, and two of them boast en-suite facilities, while two bedrooms share a bathroom on the same floor.
The first bedroom at the top of the stairs is a grand space with lofty ceilings and elegant wood panelling. It offers ample storage, a king-size bed, and large windows. Positioned at the front of the house, this bedroom leads to a stunning en-suite featuring modern fixtures, traditional wooden flooring, and panelling. The bathroom is equipped with a lavish bath, a generous shower, and a double sink.

The second bedroom can be arranged as either a king-size bed or twin beds to suit your group’s requirements. The third bedroom, a delightful double room nestled in the eaves, exudes character with its solid wooden floors and exposed beams. This room also offers a private, modern bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. Just a friendly reminder, watch your head in the eaves if you're tall! Whilst the fourth bedroom boasts expansive, period windows offering views of the courtyard, a king-size bed, high ceilings, and an elegant decorative fireplace. It also features a contemporary en-suite with a shower, toilet, and sink.

Ascend to the second floor to discover the spacious bedroom, bathed in natural light and featuring charming exposed beams - mind your head if you are tall!. The modern en-suite with bath, sink, and toilet adds convenience and comfort. This versatile room can be arranged as a twin or double bedroom - simply inform us ahead of your stay to personalise your experience.

We absolutely love having furry friends as our guests, and we offer a warm welcome to dogs at no extra charge when booked in advance. We kindly ask that they stay off the furniture. We provide dog treats, a water and food bowl, and towels for drying them after a walk. In the courtyard you will find an outdoor hose and tap so you can wash them off!

Upon your arrival, we provide a thoughtfully curated welcome pack for our guests. This pack includes an array of essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, tea towels, hand wash, cooking spray, dishwasher tablets, matches, sun cream, tissues, hand sanitiser, bin bags, and more. Additionally, you’ll find a selection of indulgent goodies including chocolates and sweets to make your stay extra special.
We also provide shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom, and there is hand wash available at each sink.

Experience the convenience of our complimentary offerings, including a travel cot (just bring your own linen) and high chair, as well as baby packs for 0-2 year olds and toddler packs for 2-4 year olds. To ensure availability, please request these items in advance, for short stays only. Kindly leave all items in the property at the end of your stay, and rest assured that they will be thoroughly cleaned and sterilised for the next guest.

Fabulous week staying here. Plenty of room for four friends to spread out when they wanted or hang out together. The back garden was the perfect spot for breakfast and lunch. Centrally located and very easy to get to both bus and train as well as explore the surrounding area. Chichester is a great place to visit and we were easily able to get to Portsmouth, Arundel or Brighton for the day. For those that like to walk plenty of wonderful pads close by.

Lovely stay at a historical quiet townhome steps from the city center

Our family of my husband and I, our 2 teenage girls and their Uncle all shared this amazing home. It had everything we needed! Everyone had their own private bathroom, only 1 was not ensuite, and there was a powder room on the main floor. The beds and linens were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and we were minutes walk from the vibrant town center. Our only complaint is my 16 year old stayed in the attic and swore there was a ghost staying up there with her! She isn't used to old creaky houses. Otherwise I highly recommend this beautiful home to stay in for your next trip to Chichester! We will definitely be returning.

Excellent property

Three generations of my family and the dog really enjoyed this beautifully finished and decorated townhose in Chichester. The bedrooms and bathrooms are exceptional as is the kitchen dining and living area. I was worried that my mother in law would find it cold but this was not the case. Lovely log burners added to our news eve celebrations.

Excellent Christmas Stay

The house is very spacious especially upstairs. The kitchen is very well equipped and clean. The location is excellent. The log burners are very good and warmed the dining room up.All in all a good Christmas

Lovely surprise

Well this house is amazing! The photos do not do it justice. Quirky , huge! And immaculate. We had the best time with friends, and everyone had their own bathroom/ensuite to use. There was 7 of us in all with 2 dogs. We used an online parking company to get cheap overnight parking for 6 per night in the Waitrose carpark, a 8 min walk from the house. No problem at all. Plenty of lovely bars, restaurants and shops all on your door step. Oh and the cathedral is a stones throw away. I will recommend and we will return!

Wonderful!

We loved our stay on West Pallant! The house itself was large and rambling, perfect for our needs. If anything, it was larger than we expected. The photos are very accurate. It felt quaint and very old (a few slanted floors and ancient beams), but also very modern in the kitchen and bathrooms. The wifi was spotty and the dining area a bit chilly, but we lit a fire in the fireplace for extra warmth. The 2 main bedrooms on the first floor up were especially large, one at the front and one at the back of the house. The bedrooms above that level were so charming as well. We came with our immediate family, including 2 small grandchildren for Christmas. We arrived late at night and got right in. The 4 bedrooms were just as pictured (with the primary bedroom not shown also large). I was particularly grateful for the attentiveness of the management. They provided a cot for our 2 year old (pack and play already set up), a high chair, and a goody bag for both children with crayons, coloring books, and plastic cups and plates and child utensils. So nice! I asked if there were any Christmas decorations and they provided a prelit tree and a bag of beautiful ornaments. We felt so well cared for. And the location was excellent, right downtown near lots of great restaurants and the large cathedral (with lovely Christmas services). We took turns minding children and making a run to the nearby grocery or bakery or just wandering through shops. All in all, we had a great visit in Chichester!
