Surrounded by pretty cottage gardens, this is a delightful place to base yourself when visiting the lovely area of Chichester and its surroundings. Only 10 minutes from the centre of Chichester, 15 minutes from Goodwood and 15 minutes from West Wittering beach, there is plenty to see and do.
The space This recently extended and modernized apartment is completely self-contained with its own private entrance. As you enter, step into the light and airy open-plan sitting/dining room. There is a lovely large sofa in the sitting area, and a sweet dining table and chair set in the window, overlooking the front gardens. The large bedroom, overlooking the front garden has a spacious en-suite shower room. The pretty cottage garden surrounds the apartment and there are plenty of cosy seating areas to enjoy a quiet moment!
The sitting area with hardwood floor and light décor offers a comfortable leather two-seater settee, wicker chair, a traditional family trunk as a coffee table, wall-mounted smart TV with Sky Freeview and free Wi-Fi. Sited by the front window is a round dining table and two chairs, which also easily serves as a laptop-friendly workspace with free Wi-Fi. There are shutters at the window, which you can adjust for light and privacy.
The fully-equipped kitchen provides a double induction hob, combination oven/grill/microwave, fridge, cupboard space, some with crockery and glassware, drawers with cutlery, cooking utensils and pans. There are also bins for waste separation and a washer-dryer for longer stays. A welcome tray with a selection of teas, coffee and biscuits awaits you. Olive oil and salt and pepper is also supplied for your cooking and dining.
The generous tranquil bedroom provides ample cupboard and drawer space, single beds which are usually made up as a superking-size, but can also be prepared as twin beds, an armchair and a selection of books. For those cooler days, there is underfloor heating in this room while the other rooms have radiators. The large window provides a view of flower beds and the shutters provide you with privacy, light and air control.
The modernised en-suite bathroom comprises a generous shower with drench and ordinary shower heads, wash basin, toilet and fitted bathroom furniture with plenty of storage space and an illuminated mirror. You will also find complementary toiletries, quality towels and a hairdryer.
You will have access to the whole apartment. I won't be around in person, however, my property is professionally managed by Tom and Clare at Pass The Keys, Chichester. The apartment is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self check-in gives flexibility for late arrivals and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
There will be some complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap provided. Other items included are a washing up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days.
Guest access - Guests will have the entire home to themselves. - Own entrance with key (in lockbox) for access at all times. - Secure parking space on the drive. - Secluded areas of our garden with chairs, tables and parasol.
Other things to note Check In / Check Out Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to my cleaner's schedule.
Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys, and a fee of £50 for a call out if you are locked out.

Additional rules Sorry, we are unable to accept pets even though we have a very small dog ourselves. We regret that we cannot allow smoking within the studio, but guests are welcome to smoke in the garden. There are gates to the property which guests are asked to open and close as they come and go. Please note that during Glorious Goodwood, the Festival of Speed and the Revival, the minimum stay is three nights. Extra guests are not allowed unless advised otherwise. Please keep the noise down between 10pm and 7am. This is your home away from home, please care for it as such. Please make sure to lock the door and close all the windows when leaving the property.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - allowed Smoking - not allowed
