Lussuosa e spaziosa casa di famiglia nel centro del grazioso Harbourside Village

Questa casa può ospitare comodamente 8 persone tutte su un piano al piano superiore in due camere matrimoniali king size ognuna con bagno privato e due camere doppie che condividono un bagno di famiglia al piano superiore e bagno con doccia al piano inferiore.

La casa è circondata da un ampio giardino appartato e ben tenuto con una bella terrazza esposta a sud con vista su una piscina riscaldata di 32 piedi x 16 piedi (uso gratuito in alta stagione e fuori alta stagione previo accordo). Adiacente alla terrazza si trova un affascinante pergolato di vite e glicine con zona pranzo esterna completa di tavolo e sedie in teak.

Grande cucina completamente attrezzata / sala da pranzo (24 piedi x 16 piedi) tra cui 7 fuochi a doppio forno, lavastoviglie Miele, frigorifero in stile americano, forno a microonde, tavolo da pranzo in rovere con 8 sedie imbottite in pelle e ampia gamma di utensili da cucina, posate, stoviglie e bicchieri .

Ampia famiglia soggiorno / sala multimediale (22 piedi x 13 piedi) con ampi e confortevoli arredi morbidi due grandi divani, TV da 50 pollici, audio surround, lettore CD / DVD (più raccolta di DVD), Apple TV incluso Netflix, dock per iPhone / iPod ecc.

Soggiorno (16 piedi x 13 piedi) con camino, 2 divani, scrivania, TV e lettore DVD.

Sempre al piano terra ci sono due WC (uno con doccia) e un ripostiglio con lavatrice Miele, asciugatrice, stendibiancheria, guardaroba e scarpiera.

La casa si trova a 300 m dal porto di Chichester e dal circolo velico Itchenor, a soli 5 km dalla famosa spiaggia di West Wittering e da East Head (National Trust). Ci sono bellissime passeggiate in campagna e gite in bicicletta nelle vicinanze e la storica città di Chichester è a circa 7 miglia di distanza con il suo famoso teatro e la cattedrale. Chichester è l'ideale per i bambini con attrazioni tra cui un cinema multisala, una pista da bowling e molti ristoranti tra cui Pizza Express, Wagamama, Wahaca, Strada e Frankie e Bennys.
Appena a nord di Chichester si trovano i South Downs e Goodwood con il suo campo di regata, il golf e vari festival culturali. Numerose mazze da golf tra cui quelle di Goodwood e Hunston sono nelle immediate vicinanze.
A ovest di Chichester si trova Portsmouth con il suo famoso storico cantiere di Mary Rose e HMS Victory.

"This house was absolutely fabulous, even in the winter and without the pool open. It truly felt like a 'home away from home' for three generations of our family gathering for Christmas. We love to cook, bake, and eat together, and this property was perfect for it. The festive touches, like the Christmas tree, holly on the picture frames, fresh flowers, and bubbly, made us feel incredibly welcome.While the kitchen is always the heart of the home, we spent a lot of time in the back lounge enjoying the sound system, playing games, and tackling crosswords together. It takes a special place to get three generations to relax in the same room so comfortably.The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The wide, easy stairs were a huge plus for the older generation, and having great laundry facilities was a lifesaver since we had been traveling for two weeks prior.The location is fantastic. It’s a quick walk to a friendly pub with good food, or you can explore the many paths around the Harbour. We were even welcomed into the beautiful St Nicholas Church to hang a bauble on the tree! We had a great time exploring West Wittering, Dell Quay, Chichester Harbour, Hayling Island, East Wittering, Selsey, and Chichester Town.The only slight improvement would be adding a WiFi extender upstairs, as the signal was a bit weak in the room on the north side. Otherwise, a perfect stay!"

We booked this property for a family celebration. It is located in a very pleasant location close to Chichester Harbour. We had a lovely Sunday lunch in the local pub and a good breakfast in the harbour cafe.The house and garden are beautiful, all the bedrooms are well sized and all have en suite bathrooms except one which has its own, just not en suite. The kitchen is very well appointed and we enjoyed cooking in it. The heated pool was the star attraction for us. Getting to splash around every day was lots of fun. I would definitely return and recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely few days in Itchenor. The house, garden and pool are perfect. Loads of space with everything you need. Mike and Janet were very responsive and kind. We would highly recommended.

A very special place

This is our se ond visit and we loved it even more than the first. The place is spacioud and spotless and the whole family love it, communication from the owners is great and the pool is just the icing on the cake. We hope to go again soon.

The best VRBO we have ever experienced!

The property is truly wonderful, in outstanding condition with comfy beds, excellent in suite baths in 3 of the 4 large bedrooms and the 4th is a short distance and large with a tub and shower. Large well stocked kitchen with two large adjacent living areas, great location near the water with a classic wonderful pub a couple hundred feet away. The neighborhood is very quite with almost no traffic. The yard is spectacular with a lovely pool (which we did not use due to the chilly rainy weather). Wonderful paths for walks along the waterfront and into the surrounding area. Chicester is only 15 minutes away so grocery shopping is easy. Many nice restaurants nearby. The best part of the home is the superb communication with the owners. They were very detailed in their instructions, immediately responsive to questions and obviously take great care and pride in their house. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

Christmas Dreams do come true

We have stayed at many different houses over the years, which have been special in their own way, but for us Street House was outstanding. It is a beautiful, spacious, well maintained and welcoming house, which is cared for with love by Janet and Mike. A special thank you to the cleaners who do an amazing job in maintaining a very high standard. Finding somewhere we could treat family members to good sized bedrooms, with comfortable beds and an ensuite was a plus. Our granddaughter who slept in the twin-bedded room claimed the family bathroom as hers when she discovered that all the remaining rooms had an ensuite! The open plan kitchen/dining room had everything we needed for our Christmas meal preparations and dining. It was the best equipped kitchen we have experienced when staying in a holiday let. It made a change not having to go to the shops to buy an item that was missing,but was essential for us cooking Christmas Lunch. We thought it was a lovely touch to have access to basic supplies if we needed them, which was so helpful. Thank you for the Christmas Wreath on the door, and the decorative touches throughout the house. The comprehensive information provided before we arrived, as well as the time that both Janet and Mike gave to respond to any queries we had was very much appreciated. Fabulous house.

We enjoyed a perfect late autumn break at Street House which is warm and cosy and equipped with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the fabulous country walks along the harbourside, the abundant birdlife and other wildlife and the open log fire to warm ourselves by on returning home. Perfect Simmer break

Had an amazing stay at Street House, communication prior to arrival was great and when we pulled up to the house it was stunning and didnt dissappoint in any way. The house was spotless and had plenty of space for everyone, the wifi was fab which pleased my teens and the pool and outdoor area was just the icing on the cake. There were lots of hidden extras which made the holiday easier, the pool inflatables and games all ready to be used and the bottle of champagne on arrival was a lovely touch. We were extremely lucky with the weather we had which meant we could utilise all of the outdoor area but the pool was heated so could have been used even if that changed. The only negative to our stay was that we had only booked for 5 days and not longer. We will definitely be returning.

Fabulous house

Loved staying here, there is everything you could possibly need already provided. The weather was good and I had paid for pool heating and we swan every day. Good pub down the road, food was lovely. Ferry that goes to Bosham takes 30 minutes to walk into village. Lots to see in the area, very scenic. Can t wait to return! Thant you

Delightful stay

We had a fantastic stay at homely Street House. My grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool which was always warm and clean. It was my 70th birthday and Janet and Mike the hosts (whom were very helpful ) recommended a chef “Tim” who came and cooked for us and he was superb. Lovely house lovely stay lovely location!,

Our stay was lovely in every way. The house is beautiful and spacious, the pool is large and clean. The area is very charming and relaxing, highly recommend to any friends and family that just want to get away and enjoy the English coast.

We loved this beautiful spot with a lovely home, amazing heated pool and a location minutes away from a sandy beach. All the ingredients for a perfect vacation.

Just brilliant!

We might have had storm Eunice try and disrupt our stay, but this amazing property, with lovely owners, meant we had a brilliant time! House is gorgeous, pool amazing, facilities perfect. Owners were so accommodating and communication was great. Can highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Wonderful Stay

We stayed at Street House for one week in October. The house and garden were beautiful; the children loved the swimming pool and trampoline. Great location with lovely cafe and pub within walking distance. The excellent West Wittering beach is just a short drive away and we spent a good part of the holiday there.

Fabulous House

Amazing house, met all our expectations . Pool lovely and warm which the 3 children loved. Garden beautiful , lots of room to play and relax .
