The auxillary house (3 bedrooms/2baths) is needed for larger groups. There is an additional fee so please contact me before you book for pricing.
The base rate is for up to 16 people and it's $15 per person/night for extra people. There is also a $10/day charge for daytime guests.

Our stay was beyond perfection. Jon was so communicative and kind and went out of his way to make sure the hot tub was on for my group who was doing a long running race that morning. He was available to answer any of our questions and made sure we knew we could contact him if they were ever any issues. There weren’t any issues. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and so warm and inviting. Our group of 20 ladies was more than comfortable And if we run another race in Cloudland, we will certainly stay there again. This spot is perfect for a party, family union, company event, friend weekend. It’s just perfect

Really enjoyed the stay at this lodge. The owner Jon was fantastic in all aspects. Communication, walk-through of the house, checking in during our stay, flexibility on check-in and check-out times. Great location for large groups. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was fabulous. Very beautiful and great family setting. We enjoyed sunset dinners on the large porch and coffee in the mornings on rocking chairs. Yard was fun for toddlers to run around. Inside was beautiful wood cabin look. Minor complaints: auxiliary house was insanely dark outside and far down a steep hill. The loft room in main house was more ladder than stairs to access. Last, John was very nice. But the family wanted private time and to see him daily just popping up in the yard is not cool after all the money we spent. I feel outside cameras would be more appropriate to ensure no wild parties are going on. Most of our adults were in their 40’s, with some 50 and 60.

100000/10!! Myself, my fiancé, and both our immediate families (14 people total) stayed here for 4 nights. We were looking for the perfect place to get married with just our closest family, and have a great get an away vacation all in one. The cabin is very spacious, even with 14 people, it didn’t feel like we were all on top of each other. We got tons of use out of the pool and hot tub, both extremely clean and well taken care of. AC worked amazing. The mountains… the stars… and just atmosphere all around was amazing.the host Jon was always available if we needed anything at all. Cloudland Canyon park is only about 25 minutes away with absolutely gorgeous hikes and waterfalls! only “downsides” were that we didn’t realize one king suite actually opened to the main floor (does have a curtain for privacy) but didn’t block from any sound. the other king suite, every step/sound could be heard in the three bedrooms below it.

We had a great time! The house was clean and everything there that we needed to have a great stay. Jon is very attentive and goes out of his way to ensure guests have a good time. There were plenty of games and activities to keep all ages busy. The only suggestion I would have is to have the volleyball net and horseshoes closer to the house. I would definitely visit again.

Great gathering place for our group of old friends

We were a group of 12 adults and we had lots of room in the house. It had all of the amenities we needed and more. The views of lookout mountain and pigeon mountain were lovely. We spent much of our visit doing things in nearby Chattanooga but did love the waterfalls near the house that Jon suggested. He was fabulous. Welcomed us to the house and showed us around. And also his tips for places to eat and off the beaten path spots like that local waterfall. We didn’t even get a chance to use the swimming pool, hot tub or sauna.

An amazing trip, at an amazing house!

My group and I had an amazing time here! We had friends and family fly in from all over to enjoy a weekend birthday getaway. Plenty of space for everyone. The location was beautiful. Jon was super helpful through the whole process and very friendly and informative about the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend it for any group!

Nice getaway

The house is very spacious. A lots of rooms, bathrooms, two kitchens etc. We were also able to use the carriage house. Nice and quiet surrounding with small creek nearby

Super cozy and sleeps a ton!

House was decorated for Christmas and very nice. Location was beautiful but since it’s about 30 min away from most things we cooked in. Plenty of towels, tissue, cooking supplies, etc. The only thing that was a little confusing is we didn’t realize the whole description was two homes so not everyone had their own bathroom.

Couldnt be happier !

When I was looking for a place for our family and friends to come together I couldnt get too many commitments at first, I kept going back to this one! I made the risky decision to go ahead and book hoping everyone would be able to come .I am so happy I did! We filled every room and also used the auxiliary house, It is perfect !! There is so much room , plenty of bathrooms and so much to do . The home has everything you could need. The views are amazing . The hosts are beautiful people. I really cant say enough about this expierience ! We were all so blessed to have such a special place to be together for 3 days. We had ages 1 - 70 . The stairs are a little challenging for some of us seniors but I managed even with recent hip surgery . Thank you so much Jon .

Amazing facility for Work, Bonding & Play!

Everything was just perfect. Flexibility in our arrival time, a complete check in tour of the house so we knew where all the lights switches were and how to work the sauna, plenty of beds and bedrooms, multiple spaces big enough for the whole group to be together and lots of nooks for small group break outs. All the kitchen gear needed to feed 16 easily, and most importantly for a work retreat - great working internet and huge TV with easy connection to the computer so we didn't miss a single slide of online training. Beds were comfy, water was hot, sunrise views and sounds relaxing and a nice break for the hustle and bustle. We took advantage of the walking trails and the waterfall hike close by for team building. I highly recommend this spot for anyone working on team training and I intend to return with the kids and grandkids for a back to nature vacation.

Fun times at McLemore

We had our family there. Grandparents down to great grandchildren. It was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and the big yard. We played volleyball and through frisbee. Had a wonderful time. The host were exceptionally attentive. Great trip. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy many of the things we didn’t have time for

Amazing, Peaceful, Relaxing Place to stay

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. John, the property manager was always available to answer questions and help with any issues we had. The house is amazing with 2 kitchens. The view from the front porch with plenty of Adirondack chairs to sit and watch the storm was such a bonus. The pool was clean and pleasantly refreshing. The outdoor fireplace was so beautiful that we had to use it at least once even though it was hot out. John went above and beyond at check out time when I had low air in one of my tires. He came with an air compressor for me. He also jump started my friend's car whose battery died. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic Lodge!

We were so impressed with this wonderful lodge and all the fun activities available. Our grandchildren loved being there and hated to leave. There is lots of room in the kitchen and den and the deck surrounding most of the lodge was super nice, allowing us to view the mountains, stars and moon. The pool and hot tub were big hits for the grandkids as well. Jon was especially nice and helpful in explaining all we needed to know. We highly recommend this excellent lodge!!!

Wonderful stay

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. We had 20 family members staying and had more than enough room. The property is just as beautiful as the house. It was so calm and relaxing. Great stay at the LODGE!

Could not have been more happy with the property. It was perfect for our group of 12 people. We golfed at McLemore and it was an ideal location for that. 100% would stay again. Jon was a pleasure to work with.
