A warm “Grüß Gott” to everyone seeking relaxation here in beautiful Chiemgau! We, the Kirchmaier family, welcome you to our vacation farm right on the shores of picturesque Lake Chiemsee. For many years, vacationers have been spending the best time of the year with us in Schützing. A vacation at the Kirchmaier Farm means relaxation surrounded by the nature of idyllic Chiemgau, with a direct view of Lake Chiemsee and the mountains. At the same time, our farm is a family-run agricultural business that offers plenty of adventures on the farm and with our various animals—especially for our younger guests. Whatever we take on, we do with passion: That’s why we’re currently expanding our vacation farm and setting up new luxury vacation apartments and double rooms, a wellness area with three saunas and a relaxation room, and a cozy farm café for our guests. In the Herreninsel 5-star luxury vacation apartment, lovingly furnished with natural materials, you’ll immediately feel right at home. The subtle, coordinated colors combined with plenty of real wood create a rustic character, and the many glass doors and skylights make the apartment feel bright and airy. The two luxuriously designed bathrooms, one of which features a freestanding bathtub, round out the cozy atmosphere. One of the apartment’s highlights is the large south-facing balcony with a stunning lake view. Features: 70 m² of living space on the 2nd floor and attic; furnished south-facing balcony with lake view; living area with a cozy sofa; dining area with a bench and chairs; master bedroom with a double bed; 1 master bathroom with a walk-in, floor-level shower, freestanding bathtub, toilet, hair dryer, heated towel rack, and makeup mirror; 1 children’s bedroom with two single beds; 1 children’s bathroom with walk-in floor-level rain shower, toilet, hair dryer, and heated towel rack; Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, electric kettle, and toaster.
