Chiesa Cattolica Romana Nostra Signora del Perpetuo Soccorso: Tour e Visite Guidate

During my stay at the Princess Mangrove I booked for my mother’s 58 birthday day. The staff/ butler Jessica was amazing so caring and loving. That’s why they’re even getting this high of a review. The food was not good most of the time and cold! Apparently they don’t have microwaves in the kitchen. The only place that had good food was at the platinum club and hibachi restaurant! The room was beautiful very up to date and some days they have the hot tub filled and ready for us. The pool was gorgeous and you could see the sunset perfectly from it. However, when it came time to booking excursions with them I wouldn’t do it again. They need to better communicate that there taking you to THE SAME beach for each excursion! The only other problem was them setting up the room for the day of my mom’s actual birthday! Because when I first asked them to set everything up they said they don’t have the supplies to do that. I knew it sounded strange once they said that and paid it no mind until. I found another guest on the resort for decoration for her actual birthday. Seeing that I went to complain about what was the issue on making my mother feel special on her birthday again? Especially since you just did it for someone else. That’s when on the last day right before it was time for us to go they had decoration waiting in the room. I guess to make up for the issue.

Buon resort, cibo molto buono. Se avesse anche il water park sarebbe veramente il top (come altri ai Caraibi). Spiaggia bellissima!
