“This hotel definitely wasn’t meant for families but rather conference goers. However, the staff here were all wonderful, friendly, and helpful with our one year old.
We experienced a couple of hiccups upon check in (room wasn’t ready, didn’t prepare crib or pull out sofa) but once we settled in it was perfect.
The pool area isn’t huge but great for us and our little one and my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of food in and surrounding the hotel.
Will definitely stay...
“Our stay at Hyatt regency Orange County is phenomenal the staffs are great the room is great and clean, the receptionist that help us to checked in she’s so kind and gives us a positive energy, excellent service definitely coming back here again!”
“I am not able to speak on the food / bar / onsite amenities as we did not take advantage of that during our stay. However, the staff was incredibly nice and we were overall pleased with our stay. The proximity to the parks were perfect and allowed us to save on gas by not having to drive everywhere. The only negative, which I think seems to be the norm at many places, is that the linens were very itchy/scratchy. That aside, our family would return here for another stay the next time we pop over...
