“Sempre molto precisi e carini ”

“A gem in the laguna”

“Perfetto relax ”

“I would definitely stay with Claudio again! He went out of his way to accommodate my arrival time as well as assisting me to get to the airport at the end of my stay, very early, by navigating me through the city's water busses and having a taxi waiting for me at the drop off. He also was essential to help me through the city and had great recommendations provided for food, travel, and shopping. I could not have appreciated him more! Assolutamente consigliato ”

“Stupens”

“Excellent location, close to shops, grocery, dining, and most importantly the Water Bus. While in a busy/loud corridor, closing the shutters and windows drowned out nearly all sound. Small room, but generous sized bathroom. We had speedy WiFi, and access to fresh filtered water in the “kitchen” across the hall. We were only disappointed in the lack of coffee in the morning, but didn’t mind much as we could walk down the street to a cafe on the water. The “air conditioning” would not go below...

“Camera spaziosa, arredo nuovo, ristrutturata da poco, bagno grande”
