“It was a beautiful setting it had fantastic potential but here’s a list of the faults.
Self check in system (room door unlocked key in room) another guest had checked into room we had booked.
The room had a different number on the door to what it was (there was a number one on the door frame number 2 on the door)
We had booked a ensuite bathroom but on the first night only had access to a shared bathroom with no hot water, no toilet paper (had to search the house to find it), blocked sink.

"I really liked the hotel, I didn't have any problems inside. I used both the gym and the pool and I was happy with it. The staff is cheerful and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Public transport to Galway is available from 08.00 to 22.00 so it is convenient even without a car. The hotel also has a pub inside"
