“Excellent hotel and very good restaurant. Reception service/lady very strange, ‘’wow you are coming too early (11:00)’’. The lady was aware that our room is not ready even before finding our reservation… 😀 or she is having cristal ball or the instructions are to not allow guest to check in before certain hour. The hotel was empty. I really do not understand that… in every normal nice hotel are more than happy to make you accomodate in the moment that you arrived. She called us 40 minutes later...

“This hotel has a nice small outdoor pool open through the winter (08 am through 20-00) where thermal water stays sufficiently warm, and a warmer indoor pool. Sodium-fluoride waters are nice. The breakfast buffet is good and accommodations are comfortable (although unfortunately no kettle in the rooms). Good wifi. Straightforward parking and late arrival is possible. “This hotel has everything, t they have thought of every single detail from baby food in the restaurant, robes for children and adults, to kids indoor play area supervised 9am to 10pm... and you can leave your child while having breakfast or dinner. Very well organized, great pools and food, walking to trails in the forest. My kids didn't want to leave”

“Not a lot of positive to say about this hotel. Check in was delayed more than 1 hour and was total disaster. The hotel feels old and worn. When we get the rooms there was no towels or bathrobe. There's no chance to 5 stars, i would say 2 stars maximum. Realy dont recommend this hotel at all ”

“Very family oriented hotel. Friendly staff. Organized activities for the children. The SPA Center itself is not as large as in other hotels in the city, however it was very clean. “Renovierungsbedürftig, Duschen in Bädern kaputt, Englisch spricht fast niemand, nicht einmal an der Rezeption. Kein vernünftiger Parkplatz, Ich musste das Zimmer sofort beim Check in bezahlen. Das ist mir in noch nie passiert und ich übernachte viel in Hotels. Musik im Zimmer nicht ohne weiteres abstellbar, man wird unfreiwillig morgens um halb acht durch eine Art Wecker geweckt. Im Restaurant mehrfach unsauberes Geschirr. ”
