Their attention to detail is second to none, and they run the hotel with fantastic efficiency. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is conveniently situated for exploring, and Ben provided us with lots of information about the local area. He even offered to pick us up if we got too tired after walking! “Abbiamo lasciato subito l'hotel dopo aver annullato la transazione VISA. L'annex building (pensavo fosse la struttura dietro l'hotel) si trova a 300 metri in fondo alla discesa. La stanza è piccola e calda, non c'è Wi-Fi e la colazione viene servita nella struttura centrale, dopo 300 metri di ripida salita. Scusate ma per quasi 200 euro a notte posso trovare di meglio. Anzi molto meglio.”
