The service was among the worst I have experienced at a hotel in this category. I repeatedly asked for housekeeping and no one ever came. Turndown service simply doesn't exist here. For a property charging luxury rates, these are basics, not extras. Credit where it's due: a manager kindly moved me to a renovated room, which was a welcome gesture, and breakfast was decent...

“Buon business hotel, camera abbastanza grande, letto comodo. Dalla mia camera al 10 piano la vista era così così, forse migliora su piano più alti (sono 20 in totale). Nota importante: NON si trova proprio alla stazione di Seoul ma bisogna camminare 10-15 minuti dalla stazione per raggiungerlo. ”
