“Great customer service here and especially Timothy helping me get a place to plug in my car even tho it was 110 it helped me get back down the road in an area that is not set up for electric vehicles. That’s for the help and kindness.”

“This is an old and dated motel. Nothing fancy and not ever going to be more than a 2 star hotel, but clean and comfortable. Very nice bed. Plumbing worked well, with good supply of soap/shampoo/etc. And the price was great. Good place for a night if you need or want to stay in Marceline.”

“Adequate hotel stay. Nothing terrible and nothing great. There was a stuffy, musty smell in the room. The sheets and shower curtain had a strange stiffness. The towels were very thing. The hotel was loud until 11pm . After that point, I slept soundly.”

“This Quality Inn needs to up their quality. Check in was fine, but when we exited the elevator we were met with a very warm muggy hallway. It was hot and humid outside and it felt as though a window was open. We entered our room and the room appeared clean enough. We went to turn down the AC only to find out the heat was on. While the AC worked, the carpet was soaking wet by the morning. The handle to the sink cold water fell off multiple times, but it did work. We were thankful...

“We checked out two rooms for our stay. We decided on this hotel because of the price and it said breakfast was included. Unfortunately breakfast was not actually included unless you count Little Debbie donuts as breakfast. The breakfast area looked nice but unfortunately they had little to no breakfast.
