Hello Hakim. Thank you for your message, We do appreciate your review of our hotel property. With the concerns you had raised, our city water is indeed 100% safe to drink. Also, only certain rooms we have offer fridges and microwaves. It would have been beneficial for you to ask ahead for those amenities. Our AC system is a central air system, with feeds going to different wings of the hotel. We do offer very good floor fans to help you cool off if you need to. Thank you

Hi Crystal, Thank you for taking the time to provide thorough feedback. We were unaware that there was an issue with the lamp and have since ordered a new one to replace the existing lamps. As for our front desk, it is staffed from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day. Overnight we have over the phone customer service and Managers on site in case anything is needed for a guest in person. We are truly saddened to learn that your stay did not meet your expectations but are happy to share that we are in the process of renovating the property and updating all of the rooms. Hi Sean, We are saddened to learn that you did not have a pleasant stay. We have centralized air conditioning through forced air vents in each room which you can control with your thermostat. They are not individual units. Hi Amanda, We are saddened to learn your recent stay with us did not meet your expectations. We do not have elevators as our heritage building was constructed before lifts were invented. We have fixed the issue you experienced with your smart tv. We do have dining however, The Tokyo Grill is open Monday to Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Whiskey Richard's our Bar & Lounge is open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 4:00 p.m. to midnight with more hours coming soon. Not all of our rooms are equipped with Fridge and Microwave but they can be made available upon request. The fact that your inquiry was not handled this way is definitely a training opportunity for some of our newer team members.
