“Excellent service, room is superb!”

“Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.”

Quality of western pastries need to be improved. The only problem was with Wifi/networking. Wifi signal was weak in the room. Cell phone signal was almost zero in my room. Sometime it is not possible to get confirmation SMS. In the hotel lobby the wifi and cell phone signals are ok ”

“The Pan Pacific Beijing is located at a quiet cosy neighbourhood and easily accessible to The Joy City mall nextdoor, where most retail shops and F&B outlets which you need, are represented. Highly recommended for both business and family travels. Will revisit again when in Beijing next.”

“I booked two rooms at the Renaissance Beijing for my friends, one of whom uses a wheelchair. They were kept waiting a long time during check-in, and there was confusion locating the reservation. I had to send over the PDF with both confirmed booking IDs, which was frustrating.
