Firstly, the system was down upon check-in, and the staff member was not attentive to the order in which guests checked in. Several groups arrived after me and she checked in a group that had arrived after me before she checked me in. “Would have been a great stay if the pool was open. they should have let us know before hand the pool was closed. When we got there was told after checked in. Was only reason why we pick this place. Person we talk to had no clue why and didn’t bother to ask. Also person had no clue on anything we asked.”
