“Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen and it has one of the best views of the city by the rooftop pool. By far one of my favorite, the only bad thing is the front desk took a picture of my passport with his personal phone after I had already checked in and sent a copy of my passport. That was weird, but outside of that great stay. ”

“This is a truly beautiful resort! The staff are incredibly professional and accommodating. During our stay, one of the travelers in our group who uses a wheelchair unfortunately injured himself in the shower. The way the management and staff handled the entire situation was exceptionally professional in every respect. We felt very well cared for and highly recommend this hotel.”

“Rude staff at the front desk. Confusing naming. There are maybe 10 other buildings called Bali in the city. And once you get to the right complex there is no indication that the hotel is hiding at the back of the property. This isn't a particularly great look for a hotel. People that visit a hotel are likely to be there for the first time.
The internet connection is completely unacceptable. Less than 1Mbit.
Room smelled of smoke.
Not happy and I won't be back.”
