“The whole house was nice and spacious very clean beautiful interior.
The backyard was not done. Looks like it needs a lot of work. Hopefully the next time I rent, it will be done so I can enjoy backyard in the evenings.
Overall, great house, great value, kind owners will definitely be renting from them again.”

“Property is clean, staff is amazing.
However, there are no amenities. For being such a new property, it has the bare bones minimum stuff. There are no sinks inside the bathrooms. They are outside by the kitchenette. It's fine for brushing teeth , but it sucks ass for shaving and trimming your beard. I've had to put the trash can over the toilet by the mirror to trim and shave.
Then there's the beds. I booked a double room. One of the two beds was bulky and lumpy, because the foam mattress over...

Al check in personale molto scortese e come se non bastasse alle 23:00 mentre dormivamo qualcuno ha cercato di entrare in camera nostra perchè la ragazza al check in aveva assegnato la nostra camera ad altri ospiti! Quindi siamo stati contattati dal front desk e costretti a pagare immediatamente la camera alle 23:30 perché si erano sbagliati! Sono stati trattenuti dalla carta di credito 50 dollari di cauzione per eventuali danneggiamenti o fumo la cosa...

“This hotel is disgusting. There were roaches coming out of the shower and sink drains. I had to move rooms at 11:30pm.
There is no bathroom counter space and transits hangout in and around the parking lot.
I immediately checked out the next morning, which was a day earlier than expected. I booked a hotel around the corner which was 1000% better and had parking lot security.
I do not suggest staying at the SureStay by Best Western in Fresno and wish I could get my money back. ”
