“L'hotel poco distante dal centro coloniale di Yangon, è un buon compromesso qualità/prezzo. L'esterno ed il quartiere sono fatiscenti ma le camere sono nuove e ben arredate, forse un po' piccole. Non so dire niente sulla colazione perché avendo un volo la mattina presto non ne abbiamo usufruito, ci hanno preparato una colazione al sacco.”

“On arrival questions about who Expedia.ca was. Booked superior nonsmoking room, twin beds. Taken to gritty room with dbl bed, multiple cig. Burns on bathtub rim. “The hotel is perfect for a weekend getaway, it’s sent within a golf country club, which is great. My only inconvenience was unrelated to the hotel, but apparently there’s a venue near by with hugely loud speakers which started music at 4am and it didn't stop probable after 9am. The Swe Taw Myat paya or “Buddha tooth relic pagoda” is one of Yangon’s recent places of worship. Construction was funded with donations of Burmese people and Buddhists from all over the world. The pagoda was constructed to enshrine a sacred Buddha tooth relic, believed to be one of the teeth of the Gautama Buddha who died some 2,500 years ago. The tooth was brought over from China in 1994 and enshrined in the pagoda for 45 days for Burmese Buddhists to pay homage.
