“Check in was a nightmare! The receptionist has no no record of our booking! We waited over an hour before the owner came! She is friendly but she told us our accommodation is occupied!!!! Hence she tried to get us another room but we booked for three and was given a room for two!!! It’s very cramped and no room to move at all! The bathroom door cannot be closed. Cutlery was for two. The accomodation we booked for is for 3-4 people and hence on the photos was more roomy. This one is a studio...

“Overall good stay. The hotel is brand new, so everything was spotless clean and good condition. The water pressure and air condition was good too. The location nearby with good restaurants. Easy to navigate around Manila with GRAB. Staff was very nice and helpful.”

“The bath tub is too high not safety , the shower is liking and the towel is smell is no good . The staff is very good . ”

“The bedroom area is quite small with a bed slightly too large for the room. There is very little space to walk around the bed. The AC unit is also mounted directly above the bed. The rooms were clean and tidy. However the water heater for the shower was not operable. ”
