Cottage a Chipman Brook

“It was a really nice little town. The accommodates were clean and the owner was easy to work with and good at communicating. The only hitch I had was with Expedia itself as they didn't provide some details. However, the owner was so easy to get details from and was a good communicator. I was surprised they basically had towels, shampoo, Toaster, microwave. All the kitchen basics and a coffee machine. I'd stay again. When I got there wish I had brought my spouse along on my work trip.”

“This is a brand new property that is less than 10 minutes from New Minas and less than 15 minutes from downtown Wolfville, situated on a peaceful, large, tree-lined lot with zero ambient/traffic noise. The property consists of nine units in total and would be perfect for a large, related group. “This is a five star stay! highly recommend”

“This accommodation was a pleasant surprise. Much lower price but much higher quality than many others. The room was very comfortable and spotless clean with everything new and delightful. Large patio deck and BBQ available. Some extras not typically found in motels or hotels. Communication with Tracey the host was precise and very helpful. 10-15 minutes to all amenities of a city. Best value we have seen, highly recommend.”

“Great views”

“First, the host is FANTASTIC! This was my first non-hotel experience and she made it a great one! Extremely helpful! The unit was super clean and very nice for its size! Exactlyas show!, No smells at all! I would highly recommend your stay here! I will be booking a different unit next time just to experience more of these beautiful units!”

“Had a wonderful stay! Perfect as a home base while visiting family in the area.”

“Beautifully crafted cabins. We used the accessible cabin for the most part. It had everything we needed for a tranquil adventure. The host went above and beyond to accomodate our needs. Much thanks.”

“The owner communicated quickly and clearly. The cottage was on the low scale of excellence because the cottage needs new or upgraded furniture. The dining table was warped, cracked and uneven as well as squeaky; the bench around the dining table has a broken piece off the end; the pull out couch is ready for the dump as its warped and lumpy and saggy; there are curtains missing and curtains that only cover 1/2 the window; the back deck was full of leaves as well as a broken lawn chair for...
